This charming, well-appointed townhome is conveniently located directly between The Lodge at Spruce Peak (the former Stowe Mountain Resort) and Stowe Village, in the coveted Stonybrook Community. Situated along the Stowe Recreation Path, this area of Stowe is known for its many premium restaurants, coffee, and après options. The four bedroom unit comfortably sleeps 8 with a king bed in the primary bedroom, queen bed and two twins in the other two bedrooms, and two bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. Inside you will find a renovated kitchen with an open dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The light-filled living room boasts vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace, the perfect place to unwind after a full day in Stowe.
Top bunks are not suitable for adults.
All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.

The Stonybrook Community
Stonybrook has breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak. The Stonybrook Condominium complex is stocked with additional amenities including: six tennis courts, two heated pools (outdoor summer use only), and direct access to cross-country and mountain bike trails. The property is adjacent to the Stowe Rec Path, the Mountain Road, and centrally located for trips to Trapp Family Lodge and the Village. A perfect spot in Stowe! During the winter months, Stonybrook offers shovel and plow services to keep everything accessible for guests. All included, a full-service Vermont experience!

It was the perfect rental for our group of 8. We do a friends ski weekend each year and this location accommodated us well. Clean and bright. Great location.

Dog Friendly with Great Location

Stonybrook is a great place to stay any time of year and this condo did not disappoint. 4 bedroom 3 bath, dog friendly with huge field behind the unit for the dog to run. 10 minutes from the mountain and 2 minutes from the bike path. A comfortable condo with everything you need to cook and relax. We had a great time and would come back!

Unfortunately, the condo was quite dated, with old furniture, no recycling bin, and sticky doorknobs. The dishwasher didn’t work, and no firewood had been brought into the unit. The entry way was completely covered in ice. Not exactly the Friday night welcome we were looking for, especially for the price.
