Family friendly home with community pool.

This beautiful and spacious home near the Beach features plenty of space for mom/dad, kids, grandparents, or just your best friends. Each room offers a beach or tropical theme. Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home.

The Palms of Rehoboth is a small community of condos and this single row of townhomes. The Palms features a COMMUNITY POOL, PERFECT FOR A QUICK DIP OR ALL DAY RELAXATION surrounded by a pond with water fountains. This community is very convenient to all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth across the street from the Seaside Outlet center and less than a mile from Jungle Jim's Water park. Restaurants within walking distance include the Crab House, IHOP, and Taste of Italy(all within a 5 minute walk). Nike and Under Armour outlets are on the same side of the highway as well. There is a DART shuttle stop in front of The Palms that can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. See www.beachbus.com for more information. Shuttles depart every 15- 20 minutes to most locations and run from early morning until late evening. It is only a 5 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown Rehoboth, the beach and boardwalk (check their website for schedules). Our home is a short drive to other beaches including Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, Bethany and Dewey. Rehoboth also offers tax-free shopping outlets, restaurants, bars, water parks, go carts, and movie theaters. In addition, we are a short drive to Sports at the Beach complex which hosts baseball tournaments.

Loft has an 8' futon bed that could sleep 2 children if needed. Great kids space with TV.

This home is equipped with all the amenities including three televisions, two DVD players, plenty of parking, screened porch, central air conditioning, community pool, beautifully landscaped grounds, side yard for kids to play outside. The kitchen opens to the living room and dining area and is stocked with everything you need to prepare daily meals. The dining area can seat 6 and we have 2 bar stools for the counter area. Additional table seating for 4 is provided on the screened porch

Beach toys and chairs are located in garage and are available for your vacation use. We just ask that you hose them off prior to leaving so the next guest can enjoy them as well. Water hose at the rear of the home.

We recently stayed at this vacation home and it was a terrific experience. The house is roomy, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to make the stay enjoyable. The owner is very good deal to deal with, and I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Rehoboth Beach.

Everything you need in a central location

We had a great visit, and the owner was always fast to respond when we had questions. Lots of beach/pool stuff at the house and things to keep the kids occupied. Location is right in the middle of Rehoboth, close to great restaurants and an easy drive to the beach.

Great space in a nice location

We enjoyed the property very much. Was perfect for our family. There was ample space for privacy among multiple families but also lots of common area space for socializing and spending time together. Wonderful location near the outlets, near great restaurants and situated close to both Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach.

Terrific Family Vacation

Our stay couldn’t have been better! We enjoyed the weather & our host provided a well stocked, very clean house.Visiting the beach in the morning & spending the afternoon in the refreshing pool. Several evenings we made the short trip to the board walk where the children enjoyed rides & the arcade. The restaurants were with in a mile of our home! Terrific Stay!!!

Lovely house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and comfortable. It really has everything you need and more! The location was fine - being less than 10 minutes from the beach is not an issue in Rehoboth. My only suggestion is that some instructions for the TVs would have been appreciated - there were about 6 remotes on the fireplace and we weren’t sure what they were for!

Family of 7 from Pa and Tx - first time In Rehoboth

After a glitch with our code for opening the door at checkin we settled in and enjoyed the home very much. Having beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped and we did cook meals a few nights. It was also convenient to the many outlets so we got in some shopping, too. Note: the linens and towels are now provided which would be a big help. Thanks to Michele for being quick to answer any questions.

Wonderful Vacation!

Our family spent a very comfortable week at this property. Our group of 7 ranged from age 4 to 67. We had plenty of room and everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable…don’t forget to bring your own sheets. Location was great for us. We were new to Rehoboth Beach and it was great being so close to the outlets, restaurants, and water park. The pool is small, but the kids loved it. I was very pleased with this unit. Thanks for the perfect vacation!

Clean and lovely!

We stayed here the week of August 21st 2011 and loved it. Rentals can sometimes get kind of shabby and run down but this place just felt like home! It was beautifully decorated and the furnishings were very confortable and well above average. We went to a couple different beaches in the area and had no trouble parking. The $8.00 parking fee per car was a bargain compared to individual beach passes required in most of New Jersey. The only downside was the fact that hurricane Irene came to town and we had to leave sooner than planned! I would definately recomend this lovely townhome.

Peaceful End Unit - Close to Everything

This was the second time we rented this unit and I love staying here. It is an end unit and is situated back away from the highway, so it is quiet and peaceful. The other bonus is we had our own yard! The kids spent time outside playing instead of hanging indoors. Also, the community pool, although somewhat small, is really nice. It was only a few steps away from the property. We could drive to any of the beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, and stores...they were all just minutes away. Downside is the traffic and you have to make a lot of U-turns. As for the home itself, the layout is great. Large living room with plenty of seating, large kitchen, screened-in patio, outdoor patio, 4 large bedrooms, and a great loft for the kids to hang out. The garage is a bonus too. We had our own bikes and a car-carrier, so it was nice we had a place to store our things. I would definitely recommend staying here any time!

I am an ESL Teacher in the Harrisburg are and have also been a Realtor in PA for 20 years. My husband and I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. We enjoy travelling, golfing, fishing, and spending time with our children. We have always lived in PA and have lots of family close by. We have always dreamed of having a place close to the ocean, and this year we were fortunate enough to make that dream come true. This home has made it possible for our kids to spend quality time with grandparents and cousins at the same time which is hard to accomplish because of the size of our families.

Why they chose this property

Growing up we always vacationed in Ocean City Maryland and the adjoining beaches. We love the location of this home in Rehoboth because it saves us a good 45 minutes of travel time and the Boardwalk has a Funland for kids and ticket prices are very reasonable. It is close to the beach and the community has a pool which is essential when you vacation with kids. This home a lot of bedroom space which allows us to travel with extended family.

What makes this property unique

Since I enjoy shopping, the closeness to the outlets is fabulous! We like walking to IHOP for breakfast and the Crab House for crab legs, fresh fish and more.There are plenty of choices of good restaurants if you like eating out.. We are very close to Jungle Jim's water park which is a huge hit with kids. Downtown Rehoboth has many unique shops, ice cream spots, restaurants, arcades and of course the boardwalk is great for an evening stroll, plus they have a small amusement park for kids! We typically use the metered parking to go to the beach or downtown.
