If you a golfer you can play any of more than 50 golf courses in this area!

Great experience!

Beautiful property! We were very pleased with this home. Diana, the property manager, was very nice and easy to communicate with and get a hold of during our stay. We enjoyed the pool, spa and fishing from the pier. We even saw 2 manatees right off the dock!

Had a wonderful week with our two adult children. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Everything was super clean and the property manager was very responsive.Couldnt have asked for more!

Amazing Vacation Home

We had the best time in this house. It had everything we needed and was better than we expected. The pool and spa were beautiful. We were even lucky enough to see manatees off the dock.

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful pool area with hot tub. Got the sun until mid afternoon. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Could not have asked for anything better!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at this beautiful home, fantastic pool area, and quiet neighborhood. Our only frustration was the complicated tv services. We had boomers, gen-x, andgen-y all working on figuring out the 5 remotes to the main tv. House staff offered to come, but our fault for thinking we could figure it out.

Great 3 BR in Cape Coral

The best review is if we would stay again and a firm YES to that question. House has recently been upgraded inside and is fantastic. Open floor plan was nice and outside pool/spa was perfect.

The house and location are great near everything you need and a short drive to the beach. The house was extremely clean; check in progress easy; and the representative nice and hopeful. We will return for another stay.

Great stay for the month of March.

Overall we had a great experience. Diana,the property manager, responded quickly to all our questions. The only issue was the oven was broken when we arrived. They had to order parts. Stove top worked just fine. Not having an oven was not a big deal. We used the outside grill. Pool and spa were great. Location is good for restaurants and if your going to Naples, Fort Myers or up to Punts Gorda. Its a great property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. It has an open concept with modern decor. We loved hanging out on the lanai. Diana was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing house in a great area. The pictures online did not do this house justice. So much nicer in person, with a fantastic pool area and living room. Everything waa super clean and Diana was quick and very helpful with any questions. Woukd definitely stay here again

Wonderful vacation property

My wife and I had a wonderful week at Villa Wolstar. The house is beautiful, comfortable and equipped with every amenity. It is conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants. Property management (Diana) was extremely responsive to our only minor issue of the week, a burned out light bulb in a high ceiling we could not reach without a ladder. We give this property our highest recommendation!

Too happy to leave

This property was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and so enjoyable that I had trouble getting my teenage children to leave the house to explore the area during our vacation. I would recommend it without any hesitation.

Cape Coral getaway

The property has been recently updated with new furniture, decorating and remodeled kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the pool area was outstanding. The pool was nice and warm which was especially appreciated for the 3 days our grandkids joined us.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Pool and hot tub were great, house was so clean and had everything we needed, and lots to do in the area. The best part was having a property manager like Diana who took care of anything we needed immediately! She had someone on site to fix the compressor in the pool heat pump within one hour of it breaking! She’s the best! We loved the ping pong table outside and even saw dolphins right at the dock one evening! I have nothing to complain about! Thank you Diana!!!

The only disappointment was our stay wasn’t longer

We’ve rented waterfront pool homes in Cape Coral for 7 years. This was by far the best. Clean, convenient, great communication property manager, Diana. Very nice pool and spa that functioned perfectly including the heater. Lovely home with lots of custom upgrades including dramatic indirect lighting - you have to be at this home at night to fully appreciate. Great built in outdoor grill. We would definitely book here again.

Disappointing stay

When renting a property with a pool you pay double the price. Upon checking in the spa did not hold water and the pool wouldn’t heat, we had to spend half our trip meeting pool repair men to get the pool to work. We eventually gave up and we’re filling the spa with buckets of water from the pool and never used the pool as it wouldn’t heat. We also had to call the first day to get spiders sprayed for as they were everywhere. Normally wouldn’t leave a negative review but the property owners are unwilling to give a reasonable refund ($150 in total, which again you pay DOUBLE to rent a place with a pool). Sorry but will NOT recommend staying here again.
