In-unit washer/dryer (laundry detergent and fabric softener provided), central air and original hardwood floors throughout. Our home offers character and charm with a whimsical beach themed décor. The building (Colonial Seas Condominiums) offers an outside shower, gas grill, outdoor sand yard to have a fire &/or play games. You have two reserved parking spaces in front of the building. The bedrooms have been redecorated, and re-configured to take advantage of the ocean views from the comfort of your bed. The unit is fresh and clean with newer beds, furniture and washer/dryer.
