The rental was just like the pictures, and the view even better. It was close to this awesome white beach with beautiful water. The unit was beautifully decorated with beach decor, very comfortable beds pillows and linens TVs n each room and good sized bedrooms I hope we get the chance to stay again next year

The house was extremely clean. It was located directly on the beach and we enjoyed the view, even from our bedrooms. I’ll host always communicated in a timely manner.

The ocean was visible from the kitchen, family room and three bedrooms. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. The only issue we had were the love bugs. In one of the bedrooms there were hundreds of dead bugs in two bedrooms. We called maintenance but they didn't come until the next morning. We swept them up but a few would still get in somehow. They didn't bite and we were told that it was mating season for them and they were all around the area. We didn't let that stop us from enjoying the house and having a good time.we did the bonfire which was awesome! Mention Blue Swell and receive 10% off!

Blue swell on the beach, a beautiful vacation!

This home was just what we needed! We had more room than necessary because one of the families could not come however we decided to keep the vacation and we were glad we did. Everyone had privacy they needed and also time together as well. The views of the beach from the windows and the decks were just gorgeous!The home is beautifully docorated and we had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to anything you could want. We would definitely go back.

Reviewer Comments: Great place to vacation.If I had any complaints it would be that the king size beds down stairs and the guest king upstairs need better mattresses.The master king upstairs was great. My guests who slept on these mattresses complain a lot.The only other issue is when the guest are sleeping downstairs you have to take the stairs upstairs use the bathroom.

Spring Break 2025

The location and house was excellent. Being right there on the beach and steps away from the water was so relaxing and fun. The home was very inviting but the only thing i would do different is make the renter aware of the bell alarm that reminds you the door is open. We didn't know what it was initially thinking it may be an alarm that we did not know how to cut off. We eventually figured out what it was and just pressing that button stopped it. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time what it was. It didn't damper our vacation but it was a little annoying. Overall great spot to relax.

Great sibling reunion

Overall, a great experience. Fantastic location, very clean, amazing view, plenty of parking and tastefully decorated. A few suggestions - chairs in upper left bedroom are worn out and should be replaced, towel hanger missing peg in upper right bath, lower street side bath - door handle pulls off, lower water side bath- sink faucet leaks. Heat pump setting didn't heat but we were able to work around it. Kitchen needs a cutting board, baking sheet, pot holders and scissors. Sliding door area near handle needs to be cleaned outside. It Would be nice to have a cushions on chairs and bench at dining table. If possible, there should be a way to override the alarm on sliding door. It's a bother for all adult occupancy. (perhaps that's a local legal requirement). Just some suggestions - we loved the place and plan to return next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 13 was initially planned, but one family couldn't make it. So we had four adults and four kids splitting this stellar place. The location was perfect, and the beach was not crowded at all. The patio and hot tub were amazing. We loved the washoff stations and doors leading directly into bathrooms. There was ample parking away from the street. There was much less traffic than down near the Seaside/Seacrest area. The property was very well maintained; I have no complaints at all. The management service was responsive and maintenance had to come by for a small ant problem but fixed it quickly. We highly recommend this place to families with both small and older children. We're already trying to plan a time to come back next year!

Pretty Darn Flawless!

The house was perfect for me and my friends on a beach escape! The house was very clean, good rooms/beds/baths, great deck, no utility/management issues, swift check-out chores, and nothing misleading from the listing. It’s just far enough from the crowded area of PCB, but still close to everything needed. The only “bummer” was that the neighboring house’s dining room lights were so bright that they’d light up the back deck and entire beach at night if they left them on which kinda spoiled the starry nights… aside from that… flawless stay and we’d definitely go back again!

Wonderful Beach House

Great house at a prime spot. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The views are phenomenal and the proximity to the beach is so convenient. The beds are all comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The extra living space on the second floor was great. While we loved the home and gave it 5 stars, we wish it would have had chairs on the upper balcony. We spent zero time there due to the lack of seating. A beautiful view that was wasted. Secondly, we wish it would have had a grill to properly cook freshly caught fish. All in all, it is a wonderful property and we highly recommend.
