2 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa with one-car garage and screened in lanai

Peaceful and tastefully decorated villa in Village des Pins, in the heart of sunny Sarasota, a few minutes from the best beach in the US: Siesta Key Beach! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with 1 car garage features tiled floors, granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms and elegant and modern coastal décor.

There are two smart televisions with cable - a 65" in the living room and a 55" in the master bedroom. A screened-in lanai is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, offering privacy, a lovely view of pines and palm trees and excellent bird watching opportunities!

Village des Pins is set on two lovely ponds and features a very large swimming pool, spacious hot tub, two tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, putting green, outdoor grills, and much more! Multiple golf courses are nearby and Walt Disney World is less than a two-hour drive.

Our villa is equipped with tennis rackets, basketball, golf clubs, four bicycles and helmets, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool and beach toys, and many other amenities to ensure a fabulous vacation stay. Use of the bikes is at your own risk.

From the beginning of our inquiry and reservations our hosts were extremely attentive to any questions we had! The house was very clean upon arrival, great amenities (soap, shampoo/cond, generous start up paper, laundry supplies, bikes, beach, pool and sports equipment applicable to the community where located) We met very friendly folks around us. It was a very quiet, beautifully landscaped and well maintained area of respite! We enjoyed exploring the numerous beaches and restaurants of the area. Easy access to local shopping, Legacy bike trail, but off of the busy highways. We will definitely consider this property and area in the future.

Quiet, clean, and spacious

We really enjoyed staying at the Des Pins property . It was a nice, quiet location, exceptionally clean, spacious, nice and comfortable furniture, well stocked, and filled with light. Communication with the property owner was excellent.

Very nice villa, with everything you need plus more! Hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is quiet, nicely landcaped with a lovely pool, and in a very good location.

Week in February

The owners Hope and Troy go above and beyond to think of everything you might need for your vacation!! We were still able to stay active with all the athletic and beach supplies available for use. The villa was clean and beautiful! Again they thought of everything, a perfect stay!

Slice of Paradise

This beautiful villa is surrounded by wildlife and tropical scenery! Great spot to grill out and enjoy the pool. All the things you need to enjoy the beach are there ready for you! I will be back for the next Inkmaster show in October and will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed for the month of February at this sunny Sarasota condominium. This condo was centrally located to all of the things that we wanted to see and do. This condo has many nice features, and was well stocked with to many things to list! There is a beautifully landscaped backyard that we enjoyed looking at. The neighborhood is friendly, and the neighbors are sweet. The hosts are awesome! Very quickly responded to any questions or concerns that we had.

Month long stay

We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Sarasota area. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival. The property owner was helpful from the day we booked. Property is close to beaches, golf courses and shopping. Lovely quiet and safe neighborhood. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunate for us that the property was already booked during our desired time for next year or we would go back in a minute. Not a negative thing to say!

Quiet Sarasota Oasis

This is a lovely villa close to everything yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sarasota’s US 41. The Villa is exceptionally well stocked with cleaning and cooking supplies, as well as all of your everyday needs. Since we enjoy cooking, the many dishes, pots and pans, spices and other cooking supplies were very much appreciated. As described, there are also many wonderful extras: bicycles and helmets, pool and beach gear, and even golf clubs, just to name a few. We might add that this property is especially well located within the “village” with a lovely tropical view off the lanai and a short walk to the clubhouse and swimming pool. It is also close to many area restaurants, shopping and a short drive to Siesta Key. The Village des Pins did have a water issueright before we arrived. In particular, our villa, (no fault of the owners ) required someadditional attention. Troy addressed this situation immediately and a plumber arrived within 24 hours! Hope and Troy are attentive, caring owners, and their beautiful villa is one that we are happy to recommend.
