The base of Peak 9 is just a 5minute walk away or take the town trolley to the Gondola to start your day! In the summer, biking and hiking trails are also right out the door. A brand new King Memory Foam Bed will have you rested for the next days adventures! If you have friends with you the pull out memory foam sleeper sofa will hit the spot! A ski locker outside your door makes the 5 min walk back from the resort a breeze.
Located in the heart of Downtown Breckenridge, this brand new high end, remodeled one bedroom is perfect for a couple, couple of friends and/or a small family. Enjoy the new king size bed in the master bedroom and a comfy pull out sofa in the living room. There's parking for one vehicle in the alley or covered garage too. Best of all your half a block from Main St. and just a 5 minute walk to the base of the Peak 9 area. The town trolley picks up on Main St. too if the gondola is where you want to start or end your day.
Enjoy the smart TV, electric fireplace, new appliances, full kitchen, ski lockers and more! The Wifi is super fast and dedicated to this unit. Great Ski Stay in Breck

Brett and Team were great! Enjoyed our Stay at Tan 16. The property was updated and very clean. The checkin and out process was very easy and appreciated. Would stay again!

Great downtown condo

Great stay in an easy downtown location and walkable to pretty much everything. Condo had everything we needed and had been recently renovated, plus the bed was a king (which I feel like is rare)!

Great stay!

Loved the property! Loved the location! Couldn’t ask for a more perfect setup for our trip in Breckinridge. We would definitely stay in Brett’s place again.

Very disappointed

The building hallways were dark. Carpeting was worn and full of dog hair. Unit floor was dirty. We contacted the manager twice and heard no response. We left after 1 hour and moved to a hotel. We could not stay there.

Great in-town Breckenridge condo.

Very nice, comfy condo one block off Main Street. Close to slopes and restaurants. Had all the amenities. Easy check-in and out. Brett was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. Will come back!

Breckenridge Getaway

Went for a quick ski trip to Breckenridge and was not disappointed. The place was easy to get to and very clean. The location was perfect. Host was very responsive and did a great job making sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

good and not so good

The location is the best. One block off the Main Street so park your car and walk everywhere. Even a grocery store across the street. The building itself is older and the hallways certainly need an update. The unit itself is good. All brought up to date and clean. Everything inside that you would need.The not so good is don't depend on the owner responding to your needs. We reached out twice and never received a response back. They were not emergencies, but it would have been nice to get a response instead of feeling like OK he received our money and that's it.

Location couldn’t be any better! Grocery store next to the property and the condo was right off Main Street! Close to buses that drive us right to the slopes!

Great accommodations

Apartment was well laid out. Small but perfect for 2. Everything we needed to cook and relax. Smart TV also. Unit was very secure and right off Main Street. Property manager was responsive to our needs.

Great Location Downtown Breckenridge

Location was perfect! Apartment was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials. It is a small space overall so I would only recommend it for a couple, but it was great for a party of 2. King mattress needs to be updated badly, it is very concave resulting in us both sleeping very poorly during our stay. Make sure you have planned your arrival time to accommodate any luggage you will have in tow. We took the owners suggestions and didn't rent a vehicle but that meant we were going to arrive 2 hours prior to check in with luggage. Owner wasn't pleased that I asked for suggestions in finding a place to store our luggage 2 hours early even though it was done days in advance to our arrival.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Aside from a noisey dog close to quiet hours, everything was perfect. This apartment is the perfect size for 2-3 people.

Perfect location, one block off main street, very easy access to shops & restaurants. Would be a good location also for accessing ski slopes using the free buses. The condo is well renovated, clean and cozy. (The interior of the building/hallways aren't great, but the unit itself is very good. Be prepared for a full flight of stairs to the second level). Host communications were great, including check-in/check-out instructions.

Great location in the center of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and all that Breckenridge has to offer. The host was very responsive and gave good instructions for checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Very much enjoyed the unit. Don't let the building fool you, Brett has done an excellent job refurbishing this unit and bringing it up to date. All amenities needed or a comfortable stay. Great location close to shopping and dining. No need to take your car out of the garage you can easily walk around town or use the local free shuttle.
