I've lived in Breckenridge since 1976, and I'm a realtor/investor. River Mountain Lodge was my complete renovation project worthy to be seen on HGTV! Everything was removed from the property to the drywall, and all new deluxe finishes installed. Awesome location! Front desk was very friendly. The unit seemed to be brand new, well appointed.

The unit was great. Seemed brand new. Perfect for two people. Bed was super comfy. No need for a car. Close to shops and restaurants. Bus for two minute ride to peak nine or gondola. If there was snow on the road you could practically ski into the lobby from 4 o'clock run. We would stay here again.

Great fully updated unit!

The unit we stayed in had fully updated amentities and was incredibly convenient to skiing and night life. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We would stay in this unit again-very nice!

Cozy, convenient and comfortable

Great Breck base! Close to everything in town as well as the Breck Connect Gondola for easy access to Peaks 7 and 8. The unit has been renovated very well. Highly recommended.

Extremely nice condo

Was a great visit and the condo was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the elevator being out the entire stay. The condo was bery clean and up to date and had everything we needed.

Owner's Response: Elevator was fixed and is working. Both complex elevators will be fully modernized and updated by the end of May, 2017. Plus, they are currently installing brand new hallways leading to the front door of the condo - new carpet/paint, done by the first week of June, 2017!

This property was clean and nice. It was in the perfect location as well. We had an amazing stay

Great location. Close to town and restaurants. It was also very convenient for skiers. We were able to take a quick shuttle to either the gondola or to the base for peak 9. On the way back you just follow the "four-o'clock" run al the way to the end and the condo was directly across the road from the end of the trail.

I would definitely return to this location again.

Great Location But......

Nice condo and great location but the only elevator was out the entire week. Climbing several flights of stairs daily was a chore, esp. at that altitude. Not sure what a person with disabilities would have done.
