Unit has granite, stainless appliances, wood flooring, cable tv in both bedrooms and living room, stone fireplace, wifi, There are hot tubs outside the door and paid laundry downstairs. Pets accepted, no smoking, sleeps up to 6 people. There is parking for 1 car. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 sleeper. The first bather room has a shower and the other has a tub/shower combo. Beds were horrible and the pipes and neighbors are very noisy. Everything else was great. Unfortunately the main thing we needed this place for was to sleep and that was very difficult.
I am sorry you had issues on your visit. We try and make the place enjoyable and comfortable for everyone, the queen mattress was replaced in December 2017 and the King was replaced 3 yrs ago. I will contact my mgt company about the pipes to see if there is a problem in the building. I was there in December and did not notice any issues. Unfortunately, Breckenridge can attract people that like to party especially during spring break.
Prime location and comfortable space.
The unit is in an absolutely prime location, right on Main Street. It was about a 10 min walk to the base of peak 9 (quick silver lift)for easy access to the mountain. The unit is directly across the street from all the bars and restaurants in downtown Breck. Unit is a lot bigger than the pictures make it look. The beds were very comfortable and overall we had a great experience. Would definitely rent again.

Condo was great. Location was convenient. My only complaint was the noise of the pipes (I think) “banging” all night long from the room with the king size bed.

Awesome Property in a Perfect Location
I reserved this condo for the week before Christmas. First and foremost, let me say that the owner (Richard Clark) was lightning fast on contacting me when I had a question. He emailed, called and followed up every time I needed a question answered. Top notch customer service from him!
My wife, son and his girlfriend and I arrived on the 18th of December as scheduled, but a little early. I checked in at the office and the very friendly and accommodating person told me that I would have to wait until 4pm since the owner uses an automated system that activates the locks combination based on check in time. A quick call to Richard and he reset the lock over the Internet and it allowed us to move our stuff in an hour early.
The condo is updated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and beautiful tile backsplash in the kitchen. The living room was extremely cozy and comfortable. The fireplace provided plenty of ambiance and warmth after coming in from a day on the mountain. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, glasses, cups, and utensils. We wanted for nothing in terms of what we needed to prepare our meals. A drip coffee maker and awesome 4-slice toaster were welcome during our morning rituals of getting ready to head out for the day.
While small, the bedrooms were comfortable, with great bedding and a TV in each room. All in all, it made for a very good night's sleep for all of us. The bathrooms are updated with tile surrounds and high end soaps, shampoos, conditioners, etc. and had plenty of supplies for our stay.
Location, location, location... One of the absolute benefits of staying here. The condo is located within walking distance of just about anything you could want. Directly across from the base of Peak 9 and the ski school, we were able to access everything we needed without driving. There is a well stocked grocery a couple blocks away, and my wife and I walked the length of Main Street and back easily, stopping in the many boutiques, shops and coffee houses. We walked to the Breckenridge Backstage Theater to catch a great Christmas show on our last night in town, then across the street to Fatty's Pizzeria before strolling to the main square where the lights made for a festive feel and beautiful evening as the snow fell.
My family and I will definitely return to this property in the future. A great place, reasonably priced and perfectly located. A must for your next vacation!
