As soon as you step through the apartment door, you will be captivated by its spaciousness and drawn into the living area offering an exceptional sea view. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a mix of classic and modern decoration. One has a double bed (140x190), the other, more suitable for a child with its desk, offers a single bed (90x190). These two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate toilet connected to the bathroom. To reach the third bedroom, a few steps must be climbed. This master suite, with its Japanese-inspired decor, overlooks the living room with a sea view. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large dressing room. Its adjoining bathroom, with boat-deck flooring, includes a bathtub, a double sink, and a separate toilet. This beautiful apartment also has an outdoor parking space.
