Beautiful apartment across from the sea in Saint Malo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment across from the water. It is in a lovely, quiet building with parking for our rental car which made it super convenient. We were greeted by a warm and friendly gentleman who explained everything we needed to know to make our stay pleasant. We would highly recommend this location if you are traveling to St. Malo

An absolutely stunning apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. Perfect to see the sunset. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. We would most certainly recommend and are hoping to return in the not too distant future!

Magnifique appartement sur le Sillon

Situation idéale sur le Sillon avec vue magnifique, grand appartement très bien équipe. Concierge toujours disponible. Les fenêtres auraient besoin d'être lavées. Pour une raison étrange, il est demande aux locataires de nettoyer le four avant de partir.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la situation exceptionnelle de l’appartement, son confort et la disponibilité de notre concierge. Concernant vos remarques : Les fenêtres : elles offrent effectivement une vue unique sur la mer, mais en raison de leur taille et de l’exposition directe au littoral, leur entretien est particulier. Un prestataire externe s’en charge régulièrement, mais il n’est malheureusement pas possible de le faire après chaque location. Le four : nous demandons effectivement aux locataires de le laisser propre après usage. Cela permet d’éviter des états parfois très difficiles à remettre en ordre, qui dépasseraient le forfait ménage prévu. Merci pour votre compréhension à ce sujet. Magnifique séjour à l'Emeraude Malouine - Saint-Malo

L’appartement est magnifique, comme sur les photos. Il est proche du centre-ville Intra-muros donc très pratique. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis avec possibilité d’aménagement sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 %. S’il faut mettre un point négatif, je dirais le bruit le soir du Restaurant à côté. Sinon, nous avons passé un super week end. Séjour Emeraude Malouine - Août 2025

Séjour parfait à deux pas des remparts dans un appartement très bien équipé et décoré. Le seul bémol est le bruit du restaurant à côté le soir avec les chaises sur le parquet jusque tard après le service qu'on entend jusque dans la chambre à l'étage. Mais tout le reste est parfait, l'équipement et la décoration, l'entrée dans les lieux, la qualité de la literie, je recommande totalement et y retournerai avec plaisir
