The basement apartment was charming and had all necessary amenities. Communication with the owner was straightforward and thorough. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay in this basement apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. Checkout was great in that nothing had to be done with the bedding, dishes or garbage! Just had to pack my belongings and leave, which is not usually the case with rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was amazing and the apartment was super clean and modern. Host was amazing with any questions I had and responded quickly. Location was ideal and literally a block from the train station. Quietly nestled on a block right near a park and bike trail. Or even for taking a walk. Perfect spot to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Washington DC but a close train ride away to sight see and see historical buildings. I definitely recommend this VRBO if you want to visit Washington DC but want to come back after a long day to a quiet beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend this VRBO.

I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was great. Bed was super comfy, and they had an amazing collection of books!
