The house was clean and relaxing. Pet friendly. The only complaint are the neighbors dogs that barked a lot.

The place and location are very nice ! Although the neighbor with the two barking dogs were quite annoying . We could not sit out on the deck without them continuously barking at us trying to enjoy the time . Watching the sunrise again the dogs continually bark . The neighbors seem to not care either . Other then the ridiculous barking everything was amazing !

Communication with owner was fantastic, she assisted with food locatans and paddle boarding areas. Neighbors liked to smoke alot! They have small dogs that like to yip. It's a great location, beach access is 4 doors down and the sound is around the corner in the opposite direction. It was clean with the exception of the floor and under one of the beds. Had to search around to attempt and match sheets to beds. Loved that they allowed dogs, would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful place. We will be trying to rent this place again. Location is great and very little traffic. Well stocked house, had everything we needed. Loved having “dog” towels handy for our girls! Truly a pet friendly place.

Such a comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a small mixup with check in but it was remedied and handled very well. The house had everything we needed and was all around super comfortable. We love the end of the island and how quiet the area is.

Highly recommend!!!

The photos do not do the area any justice! This home is on the north end of topsail, which is very quiet. My family and I loved it so much, we will be going back next year!

Baby shower for 1st Grandbaby

We had 5 nights on NTB and had a great time. Baby shower at my military sons house for 1st baby due in July. Weather was 80 degrees and the rain missed us while we were there. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice location. Comfortable space. Tried to reach contact and back up contact with an issue and no one responded. There was no sheets on the bed in the master bedroom.

Family Getaway

Wonderful place. Close to beach scenic and relaxing environment. Only issue was in master bathroom the soap from previous renters was left- which I was not aware and during getting ready to shower touched the used soap bars Otherwise would recommend this place. The neighbors in the next duplex was friendly.

Wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect, better than it was described. My grandchildren loved the game room in the basement. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. The location was amazing, only steps to the beach and inlet. I recommend this house ❤️

Everything was provided.

We had a pleasant stay. Anything that was needed was already there. The basement was stocked with games and fun kid's activities. It was easy to check in, and the host was always prompt in answering any questions I had. Easy access to the beach is less than a 3-minute walk, you can see the beach from the porch. Very happy with this rental. Would stay again.

Such an amazing beach house!

We loved our stay! Such a great house in a great location! Was like staying beach front with the super short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family and such a great beach layout. The natural surroundings with the ocean, new river inlet and spring pond were amazing. Better than beachfront! We will stay here again!

Topsail getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Topsail. Everything was as described. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful dog friendly beach that was no crowded at all. We will be back :)

What a gem!

Better than expected! Pictures on line do not do this place justice - this place has been updated. VERY clean! Three bedrooms and two full baths on main level. Downstairs has a play room, another nice full bathroom and a washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully stocked (microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, crock pot, mixer, plenty of dishes and pans). Books, games, toys, and beach chairs were available. Excellent location! Beach was across the road and the sound was a short walk. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was good. Proximity to beach is great. Public access is very close. Read some other reviews ,mentioning the neighbor's dogs. They are barkers but they did try to minimize the issue. Overall our stay was good. Thank you

Jack grew up on the coast of Maine, and we both love the water. We were stationed at Camp Lejeune for our first duty station and lived on North Topsail for two of our first five years here. This area of the coast is just fabulous; the warm water and soft sands make the beaches that much more enjoyable.

We've looked for years at different properties but this was just the right one. The views are truly gorgeous. This home has all the views- ocean, end of the island, a pond and the sound! It's spacious so families can spread out. I love cooking so I need a large enough kitchen which this home has. We also appreciate having a yard which many of the homes don't have. We can make a fire in the fire pit, roast apples and look over at the ocean waves. The beaches are not crowded since we are at the very end of the island. Public beach access has no parking here, hence daily visitors frequent other parts of the beach. Plenty of room to run and play!
