This clean 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo complete with ***COMPLIMENTARY LINEN SERVICE*** is a perfect retreat for families, couples and digital nomads alike. Prime oceanside location is 100 steps to the beach and offers sunset views from the balcony overlooking the pool. Fall and winter guests will enjoy a glimpse of the ocean. The unit is equipped with cable and high speed internet (800mbps) suitable for those who are seeking a remote work retreat and Roku.

THE SPACE:
The large, open layout for the dining, kitchen and living areas is perfect for socializing or spending time with family. A fully equipped kitchen with 8-foot island is sure to impress the vacationing home cook.

A cozy and artfully designed living room offers a fireplace for added warmth and ambiance, making for the perfect year-round getaway.

Off of the living room guests will find the primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and en suite bathroom and the second with two twin beds, are located off of the dining room. The third full bathroom is found in the communal area, next to the twin bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests in the living room. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the condo let the sun shine in, while blackout curtains offer privacy when desired.

Pillows for all beds, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen linens are provided.

**COMPLIMENTARY LINEN SERVICE** includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. A brand new washer/dryer is available in the unit. A brand new full size washer/dryer is available in the unit.

2 designated parking spaces are included with the rental.

Non-smoking/vaping unit. Sorry no pets permitted. This unit does not rent to groups under the age of 25. The minimum age increases to 30 on holiday weekends. No HS or party groups. These reservations will not be honored.

- SUNDAY-SUNDAY WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING PEAK SUMMER SEASON (JUNE-AUGUST)
- 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING SHOULDER SEASON (MAY & SEPTEMBER)

Beautiful home! My family had a wonderful stay! Very nicely decorated, kitchen had everything you could possibly need.. beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella were an added bonus. Owner was very responsive when reached out with questions.I absolutely loved we had keyless entry for check-in which is very rare for the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a great place to stay!

This condo was everything you would want and need at the beach! Erica was great to deal with. Very accommodating. The place is beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with and centrally located. We loved the place and will definitely rent it again.

My husband and I live in Severna Park and we both vacationed to Ocean City throughout our childhood. We have lots of great memories here and wanted to be able to make new memories with our new little family. We purchased the condo in the Winter of 2020 and took on a complete renovation. We hope that you enjoy the space we have created and can make memories of your own.

Why they chose this property

I designed the space with a modern boho chic vibe in mind, hoping our guests could enjoy a sense of whimsy while also being able to relax and recharge. The large, open layout is great for vacationing families or small groups of friends. As someone who enjoys cooking, I tried to outfit the kitchen with all amenities that a vacationing home cook could desire. The large island is great for socializing while also doing food prep. Rooms being located off of the common area as well as en suite bathrooms give guests the opportunity to retreat to their own space when privacy is desired.
