Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

The cottage was just what we needed for the weekend. The fresh flowers/greenery inside and fall pumpkin decorations outside were nice touches. The check-in and check-out procedures were quite easy and the communication was very good.

Wonderful place clean comfortable , owners make you feel at home. Wonferful plants and lanscaping all around and in the house. Very quiet we had a wonderful time.

Warm Springs Lavender Hill

This was a very welcoming property. It had everything you needed and was close to restaurants and the warm springs bath houses. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Great communication with the property manager. As experienced travelers, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay at Lavender Hill Cottage

My two girlfriends and I stayed the weekend at the Cottage and enjoyed everything it had to offer. The owners and the manager were very responsive to every question we had. A perfect "Girlfriends Weekend!"

Perfect Bath County Basecamp

We stayed at Lavender Hill Cottage for a friendship reunion trip after the three of us hadn't seen each other at the same time in three years, now that we are spread so far across the country after college. This was the perfect house for our needs. The vibe is so cozy, the village center in Warm Springs is walkable, and the central location within the county makes this cottage the ideal basecamp for exploring all the natural and culinary attractions Bath County has to offer! This was my second time staying here, and I cannot recommend it enough.

A lovely time!

We loved how much this cottage felt like someone's home. It was so cozy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit and reading some of the books on the shelves. And it was in a great location to boot, only a couple minutes from the pools Warm Springs. Pam, the property manager, was welcoming and let us know about a water issue (which did not affect the stayatall).

Charming

Lavender Hill Cottage is charming. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The cottage provided everything we needed for our annual girl's getaway. The waterfall was less than a half hour away and wad was breathtaking. The Warm Springs, which are just down the street, were fun and relaxing.Thank you to our wonderful hostess. Communication was easy and the VRBO was just as nice as described. Thank you so much.

The perfect stay!

We adored this cottage: great location for exploring the town and region (we came for soaking and the nearby Maple Festival). And the house itself was wonderful for 3 of us to cook full meals each night and spread out to read, watch movies and play games (kindly provided!)The house is SO nicely designed and decorated. There are so many thoughtful touches and it really felt like our home for a few days. It’s a beautiful space but also clearly meant to be used. We 100% hope to return!

Warm Springs Stay

This cabin was so cute, super easy to get to and close to everything. Just a few minutes from the warm spring pools and the Milk House Market. Check in was so easy, communication was perfect and the space was lovely for cooking and relaxing with my hubby

Beautiful cottage in Warm Springs

We had such a great time at Lavender Hill Cottage. It is so cozy and met all of our needs. Conveniently located very near the Jefferson Baths. The property manager is very attentive and eager to assist with anything you may need.

Birthday weekend getaway

Couldn't have asked for a better place to be to celebrate our birthdays! LOVED the cottage!!! Location was perfect for hiking, treasure hunting at local shops and bathing in the spring pools. Highly recommend

Ladies getaway

House was perfect for the three of us and location was great for our trips to Warm Springs pools and spa day at the Homestead. Hostess graciously and promptly responded to our inquiries as did property manager. Both friendly and professional. We will be back and will recommend Lavender Hill to our friends.
