This property is in heart of Lincoln about two miles too loon ski area .The home is located in Lincoln NH in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, ice cream shops . This house is Great home for family get together's .Come with access to Loon Mountain Club with indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub gym for up to 8 guest. the house is three level home . The main floor has a kitchen and dining area can seat for 10 .and also has half bath and laundry. And family room with 65”TV and WiFi. The second floor has three bedrooms with large two sink bathrooms. And third flood has two bedrooms with king bed and queens bed and full bathroom . Please help us keep this beautiful home looking sharp ! Absolutely No smoking on our property and No pets. Please remove all boots/shoes before walking through the home. If you happen to notice any damage please report this ASAP. Please make sure all windows and door are locked when you leave. Please remove all food you purchased from refrigerator upon your departure. Please turn off all electric you turn on!
