Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Deluxe Studio room has a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Have fun enjoying sunset views over the Folly River from the cozy outdoor sofa on the porch, and take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the second floor.

This room is 420 sqft. and is ADA accessible.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra guest fee of $35 plus tax for each additional guest, per night. The extra guest fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. If you will need access to the sleeper sofa please notify the hotel and access will be provided.

Great clean room close to town and beach. Just know that if you are on the bottom floor that you will hear every step above you. Overall good and would stay there again On the top floor
