This family-friendly property has a full yard, garage, and a full kitchen with appliances. The first floor includes a half bathroom, a corner nook with a bed, a workstation, and large windows overlooking the lawn. A great opportunity to let the afternoon sun in! The second floor includes 4 additional bedrooms: the Master, with an en suite bathroom, a kids' room with two twin beds, and two other guest rooms. One room leads to a loft on the 3rd floor. This short-term property has lovely polished hardwood floors, central heating, and air conditioning, a smart security system, YALE keyless entry, and Nest thermostats, and stacked cupboards to make you feel more at home. Guests can enjoy access to a gorgeous fenced-in backyard with a well-maintained lawn for outdoor enjoyment. This home also includes a cozy living room for relaxing and movie nights. We equipped all Smart TVs with premium channels. There are spaces to work and play. The Glen is just a hop and a skip from restaurants in Downtown Framingham and is between both West Natick and Framingham T commuter rail stops for those Boston trips during your stay. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dirty Dishes: Please load the dishwasher with dirty dishes and run it on sanitation. We want to make checkout fast and easy. If you cannot figure how to run, just load it and we'll take care of it.
Kindly ensure you return any items, games or furniture moved back it's original place. Most importantly, please make sure the front door is properly locked before leaving please.
Please put all dirty towels in the "wash me" hamper. Leave the beddings on the bed. Kindly bag and take out your trash and recycle. Our bins are the one on our side. Black/yellow recycle, other trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If anything is stained or spilled during your stay, please utilize the proper cleaning agents under sink with appropriate washcloth. If stain.
If anything breaks, contact owners immediately. Wouldn't want anyone to hurt themselves with broken glass!
Kitchen faucet is motion so wave hand in front to turn on/off; cutting boards are color-coded for veg/meat, etc; green is veg and blue is for fish :-)

Lovely home for reunion

The house was very clean and comfortable and a lovely place to spend a long weekend get-together with some friends and their babies. The hosts had great communication and hospitality (like a fruit basket and when we checked in). With bedrooms across 3 floors we could spread out, and having the yard was a nice touch. With the babes we also appreciated some childproofing that was already in place in the kitchen area. Would recommend to any families or groups that are coming to Framingham.

First rate and spacious accommodations for extended family

We stayed here with an extended family group for four nights to support a runner in the Boston Marathon. It was perfect for our needs. The house (really a duplex but the other side was not occupied until its owners stopped by as we were checking out) was incredibly spacious, much bigger than we thought from the listing. We had room to spread out, sleep, eat, work, visit with one another, everything we look for in a family gathering. spot The neighborhood includes some apartments nearby, but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and it was very quiet. There isn't any street parking but if you park on the street for awhile (others were doing this) it doesn't seem to be a high priority to enforce. Great for the marathon, which passes through Framingham about a 10 minute walk from the house. The MBTA train line is about a 15 minute walk, maybe a mile away. Downtown Boston is a half hour's drive away at full speed, sometimes longer when there's traffic but only about 20 miles. We didn't need much support because the place was modern and in great shape, but the host responded immediately to the few questions we did ask, and was nice to extend the checkout time when one of our party needed to finish a work call the last day. I highly recommend this place.
