PARKING INFO
Parking is free at this home and there is plenty of room for up 7 – 8 vehicles. Only four vehicles can be parked in the driveway at any time. Extra vehicles must be parked in the garage.

LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and some outstanding restaurants. Laguna Key is a gated development nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. The west border is the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. It is one of the most beautiful and tranquil communities in our area.

Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

Laguna Key Community Rules - fines are issued by the HOA for any rule violation - thank you in advance for your cooperation:
Parking Houses are limited to 4 vehicles maximum parked outside of garages. Parking in the streets or grass is prohibited. Garage doors must be kept closed when not entering or exiting the garage.

Street Parking When a car is parked on the street, guards will make one attempt at the door, place a flyer on the windshield, and call the towing company 30 minutes later if there has been no response. A fine of 250.00 will be applied to the owner's account.

Semi-Permanent Beach Tents All beach tents / equipment must be removed from the beach each night at dusk. Any items left on the beach will be confiscated. If items are left on another house's dunes or private property, a trespassing fine will be given.

Outside Use of Facilities Renters of LK houses may NOT invite outside guests to use any of the common facilities (pool, courts, docks, beach). They may invite guests to visit their rental home as long as parking rules are followed. Busing in people from other places to avoid parking restrictions is prohibited.

Other rules to please follow while at Laguna Key:

All trash bags in trash bins
No towels hanging from balcony
No garage doors left open when not in use
No speeding
No wheeled vehicles on courts, sidewalks, or walkovers
No More than four (4) cars parked in the drive
No loud noises after 10PM
No playing or digging in the sand dunes.
No Digging more than 12 inches on the beach
No Trespassing on private property
No Parking on grass/yards/street /ride away
No Diving in community pool
No Tampering with pool lights or cameras
No Removing pool furniture from pool area
