For future stays, a quick message during your trip is the fastest way to get things resolved — whether it’s a beeping smoke detector, a finicky slider, or a blender that won’t blend. 😉 Hosts truly want to help in real time! Some items you mentioned (no beach towels, gas grill, pool heater) aren’t standard for most Gulf Shores vacation homes and aren’t advertised for this property. We highlight those details in the listing and pre-arrival info so guests can choose the right home and plan their vacay! Regarding the beds, you found them firm. We wish every guest could have a tailored setup, but comfort varies widely — I like firm mattresses and soft pillows, while my wife is the opposite. Many guests love these beds and even ask where they’re from, though preferences naturally differ. We genuinely appreciate your feedback.
