Between the utility closets and all the other storage nooks in the house, those brooms and vacuums can definitely get tucked away in a game of hide-and-seek. 🕵️‍♂️🧹 Next time, definitely shoot me a quick message during your stay—I’m always happy to help you track them down or even bring a fresh one by if the house version has gone totally AWOL! 🏃💨 We definitely want to keep that sand on the beach and off your toes as much as possible. Regarding the hairdryers—you hit on one of our big 'beach house' debates! 💇‍♀️ We’ve found that most guests prefer to bring their own travel favorites, and honestly, the house-provided ones have a funny habit of 'walking off' to other homes. 🚶‍♂️💨 To keep things simple and ensure everyone has what they need, we leave those as a 'bring your own' item. For future stays, a quick message during your trip is the fastest way to get things resolved — whether it’s a beeping smoke detector, a finicky slider, or a blender that won’t blend. 😉 Hosts truly want to help in real time! Some items you mentioned (no beach towels, gas grill, pool heater) aren’t standard for most Gulf Shores vacation homes and aren’t advertised for this property. We highlight those details in the listing and pre-arrival info so guests can choose the right home and plan their vacay! Regarding the beds, you found them firm. We wish every guest could have a tailored setup, but comfort varies widely — I like firm mattresses and soft pillows, while my wife is the opposite. Many guests love these beds and even ask where they’re from, though preferences naturally differ. We genuinely appreciate your feedback. Seafoam consistently earns 5-star reviews 🌟, and we’re committed to keeping that standard.
