Experience comfort and convenience in our newly built guest home, perfect for family getaways or business trips. Enjoy spacious living, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions including Liberty University, New London Disc Golf Course, D-Day Memorial, and LYH airport.

Timber View Haven is newly built guesthouse above a secondary garage (detached from owner's home) at the back of the 2-acre property with large parking area, in a private, established neighborhood. Located less than 1 mile to 460, and close to 221, the location is a breeze for seeing local sights and quick access to Liberty and the airport (10 min), CVCC, Bedford, wedding venues, shopping, restaurants, and more.

The guest home is equipped with ethernet connections, WIFI and dedicated work space. 3 Samsung Smart TVs with access to streaming and Samsung Plus TV channels. The open concept is great for entertaining, large kitchen table is ready for game night, and comfortable beds ensure a peaceful slumber.

Relax, and enjoy our coffee bar (ground coffee/ Keurig pods/tea bags provided with assortment of creamers and sugars)

Outdoors features a fire pit/patio (propane provided), gas grill (propane provided), dining table, and playset/basketball area with other outdoor games for the kids. Enjoy observing the deer that frequent the property. Large parking area makes traveling with family/friends/ co-workers easy.

Restaurants, gas, grocery stores 2.5 miles away: Food Lion, Sheetz, 7-11, ABC Store, Domino's, County Line Cafe, Beijing Chinese Restaurant, Blue Ridge BBQ, Carmela At the Loft Italian, Koffee Cup Restaurant, Pizza Hut, Mi Patron Mexican Restaurant, Arby's, Blue Ridge Bagels, Mr. Goodies Ice Cream, First Watch, McDonalds, ChickFila, Burger King, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Jersey Mikes, Walmart Neighborhood Grocery and Gas.

This was a wonderful, quiet, well stocked home base to explore the greater Lynchburg area. We spent an extended weekend there, exploring and hiking, and we only went out for one meal. It was a very comfortable place to cook and relax.

This host is fabulous and our stay was perfect. Everything was super clean and warm and welcoming. The space was very spacious, the decor was very nice and well-stocked with many comforts of home. Lots of Attention to detail with a wonderful coffee/tea bar and provisions in case you forgot anything at home. Quiet neighborhood and a lovely patio and grilling space outside. Visit our college boys

Beautiful spot in the trees. Hosts were super helpful and the place was really well decorated and clean. We only wished for a dish washer and washer/dryer. But that being said it was really a great spot and hosts were exceptional. Would stay again.

The only reason to give this place a 5 star is because that’s as high as it goes. Absolutely amazing and there attention to detail is off the charts. Everything you need and much more. Every cabinet and drawer is labeled. Robes in the bedrooms coffee and snacks even a if you forget jar in the bathroom with essentials. I highly recommend this one. It is a garage apartment so there are steps but they are wide and on the inside.

Perfect Weekend Stay

We stayed at Timber View for two nights while visiting our daughter at Liberty. The property was just as described, right down to the wildlife - we saw 6 deer. The fire pit was great for s’mores and the coffee bar was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again - Thank You!!

Very special place!

We were here for our daughter's college graduation. Me and my husband + my father from LA stayed here and it was just perfect. Extremely clean, beautiful and well built/decorated, very comfortable, and incredible and responsive hosts. I just wish we had found it years ago and we never would have stayed in a hotel! Above garage 2 bedroom unit was excellently done. Well finished and furnished. Complimentary toiletries and coffee. Great location close to where we needed to be in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Will stay there again next time.
