The Villas is a hidden gem and Cape May county's most up-and-coming area for vacationers due to its central location to many shore points - Cape May, the Wildwoods, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle. Located in Lower Township, the Villas are at the southern tip of New Jersey - uniquely situated between both the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay. The area is home to familiar sites such as the Cape May airport, Cape May-Lewes Ferry, the famous Menz restaurant, historic Cold Spring Village and the Cape May Lighthouse - as well as Sunset Beach where the WWI sunken shipwreck Atlantus is still visible in the water.

This newly renovated and fully updated 3 bedroom / 2 bath single home is well-appointed and has absolutely tons of amenities. It is only ONE STORY, making it easy for multiple generations to vacation together. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you can walk to mini golf, ice cream, local coffee, deli's & restaurants but most importantly the Delaware bay is just a few blocks away where you can take in some rays during the day and view stunning sunsets along the horizon. The city of Cape May and the Wildwoods are only a short drive when you're ready to be a part of all the hub-bub but returning to this home and it's backyard will be your oasis.

Imagine your family swimming in the custom inground saltwater pool while taking your time unpacking and getting settled in. All the bedding and linens you will need are provided- just bring your clothes, pool/beach towels and you're ready to enjoy your vacation! Indoors, the open living space has a breakfast bar and a dining table both within sightline of the living room where you can chillax on the sectional sofa. Everyone will sleep great on our extremely comfortable beds featuring deep luxury mattresses.

Upon waking up in the morning, enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the shaded patio by relaxing on the outdoor sectional sofa and eating breakfast at the patio dining table. Make sure to take in the sound of seagulls cooing as they fly overhead.

After a long day at the beach, take a refreshing hot or cold shower in the outdoor enclosed shower, which is oversized making bathing the kids easy, too! While dinner is being cooked on the gas grill let the kids safely play in the large private fenced-in yard or even break out a friendly game of cornhole.

Backyard Oasis comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests (but depends on the adult/child ratio). This is to ensure that everyone get's a good night sleep. Owners reserve the right to determine occupancy levels.

We are unable to accommodate requests to allow pets.

NOTE: This property is typically only available for 7 night weekly rentals in the peak summer season. Additionally, check-ins/outs are only Saturday or Sunday, due to turnover service availability. Mid-week, shorter or longer bookings are only available when explicitly listed in the description.
