Excellent Location and Amenities

Beth and Aaron are excellent hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. The condo is in a perfect location close to beaches, restaurants and golf courses. The furnishings are very comfortable and appliances worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the relaxing lanai with a great view of the golf course and pond with a large alligator.

Relaxing and beautiful getaway.

We loved. the condo. So comfortable and convenient to restaurants, the beach and Sanibel. Unfortunately my husband became ill and we had to fly out early. He had a stroke on the plane and is still in serious condition. Wish we could have enjoyed the whole month.

Kelly Greens Condo

Great location of this new renovated first floor condo. Just a short walk out the back to golf, swimming pool and food tent. Lots of activities available - golf, swimming, walking, bike riding, and pickle ball. Location is close to both Sanibel and For Myers beaches. Lots of excellent local restaurants, grocery stores, nail salons. Other Kelly Greens residents whether owners or renting are friendly and personable. We met many great people to visit with at the pool and play pickle ball with. My husband made friends playing golf. The staff of Kelly Greens are attentive and professional. I loved the color scheme of the condo. The owners are great to work with and easy to contact either by phone or text. For example, when I needed a pie pan to make quiche, Beth had one shipped and I received it the next day. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing 60 days at Kelly Greens.

Unit was very well stocked for everything you would want to do. Very friendly neighbors. So much so, we decided to buy within Kelly Green.

Beautifully decorated and super clean

Beth was an amazing host. What few questions we had were always answered within minutes. We must have been one of the first renters as most everything seemed new. All the window and door blinds were replaced just before we arrived. Beth needs to update the pictures of this unit to reflect the small but significant changes she has made with the décor. In summary, we totally enjoyed our stay. Kelly Greens is a gated community and we felt 100% safe on our many walks. Also, the grounds are so well maintained my wife said they do a better job than Disney.
