Your Happy Place! 2 bed, 2 bath ground floor condo near beaches in Fort Myers

We are Darryl and Patricia Szarpa , owners of Davis Woods #213. It was thrill for us to purchase this property in 2014 . We fell in love with Fort Myers after visiting a friend's condo and taking in the beauty of southwest Florida, the many beaches, natural spaces for wildlife, major league baseball spring training games and the friendly, comfortable atmosphere of Ft. Myers. For the last 10 years we lived in Cooperstown, New York, the home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, where we ran Owl's Landing Bed & Breakfast in our home. We are originally from Buffalo, NY and have recently moved back to Buffalo to be closer to family. So, we know the cold and snow of winter real well and the importance of getting away from it once in awhile. We look forward to hosting your stay!

After making the decision to purchase our own condo, it was the proverbial 'no brainer' to be in Fort Myers. After seeing many available condos, it became clear that the most important aspects of choosing a condo are about what you can't change - you can't change your view and you can't change your location. The proximity to beaches and Sanibel Island were key to us, and the view from our lanai was important as it would be one of the most utilized spaces at our condo to enjoy and what you look out at every day from the inside. Our condo at Davis Woods gave us both of these very important priorities, and so much more!

Davis Woods features a swimming pool with a large deck area and deck chairs to lounge in and catch the sun. The community also has a tennis/pickleball court and a shuffleboard court for you to enjoy. The community atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming.
