Welcome to 760 Ocean #203!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV's in the unit for streaming and Xfinity cable is available as well.

The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks.

The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway.

The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There's also an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Pier Village shops & restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access.

Swimming pool is seasonal.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

Wouldn't come fix the TV

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We called 3 times for someone to come fix the TV in the master bedroom. After the 3rd call, We got the excuse that we were on the list. It wasn't working the last time we rented this unit. For the price we paid to stay here the TVs should work.

Couldn't have asked for a better place

Went down to SSI for bit of a mini "reunion" with some HS friends (we great up down there). While the island has definitely changed since we graduated, there's enough the same that we wanted a nice, centrally located place to stay. This couldn't have been any better. The condo is in perfect shape and well stocked if you choose to have some meals at home. Extremely clean and the manager was outstanding and very responsive. The location was ideal - easy to walk to restaurants in the village as well as Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's in the opposite direction (1/2 mile either way). Small beach easily accessible across the street and the view was great. Price was great, as well. Comparable lodging at King and Prince (one of the cottages) was easily twice as much and not nearly as nice. Very much recommend and we will certainly stay there next time we go down.

It even had beach towels. The location is amazing. Walking distance to the beach (right across the street) and the Village. There is an ocean view from the balcony. The location of the pool means that it is shaded by the building itself. Makes for a cold swim but I was there in April so maybe that would be nice in the summer. The hot tub was not heated which was disappointing. There was some work being done at the building during my stay which was slightly disruptive due to noise but I would hope that’s not always going on.

The bedrooms were separated by the kitchen and bathrooms so there was a lot of privacy. And the balcony was perfect for 4 people to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. It was a 10 min leisurely walk to the pier and the brewery also.

It was great to wake up to an ocean/beach view every morning. The beach and to the town were in a short walking distance. The only negatives were that the master bedroom comforter was not clean when we got there(we washed it ourselves using the washer dryer) and the master toilet got stopped up on our last day. Other than that our stay was great!! We would stay here again.
