The Space:

This charming guesthouse offers a comfortable and stylish living space. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, providing a restful retreat. The second bedroom, a cozy office space, includes a twin bed. The living area is spacious and inviting, with a sectional sofa and an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. The home boasts high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Throughout the house, you'll find elegant touches like sliding barn doors and solid wood doors.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire guesthouse, including two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a small bedroom area, the kitchen, and the side yard. Guests can utilize the designated parking space on the right side of the garage.

The guesthouse is located in the Great Hills neighborhood, a tranquil area close to several large parks. This area attracts a diverse population, including many professionals working for the tech companies that have established a presence in Austin. While offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, the neighborhood provides easy access to major roads like US-183 and Loop 360.
