This property has everything for an amazing stay

We had a great time in Icon building. We absolutely love the neighborhood. You can walk to everything and the property comes with 5 star amenities.

Great location

Communication was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would just suggest some paper towels in the kitchen. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the stay was pleasant! I recommend it !

Good, but..

Good: Nice room, great beds, nice kitchen, lots of premium tv channels. Not good: 1) bathroom heater fan needs replacing, sounds like a train2) common amenities, missing, paper towels, salt, and pepper, no kitchen towels to clean with.3) bedroom TV doesn’t work4) warning: do not eat at the restaurant Tulum’s. The waiter purposely tried to rip us off..

Pluses- Good view of the waterway and a nice walk to the beach. A little bit of a hike but rather liked that. Minuses- A couple light bulbs out. Bath floor was not hygienic. Living room TV was a disaster to try and watch. Very complicated remote so we never were ever able to use the TV. Instructions would have been nice.
