Enjoyed the pool, and restaurants on property - very lovely, as was the staff! But there was a wedding the first night and another function on night two, which somewhat restricted use of property and created congestion in common areas.Overall I was satisfied with my stay. It was very relaxing.

The Resort Lives Up To It's Legendary Reputation

The property is part of the "residences" in a tower adjacent to the Fontainebleau Hotel. It was nice to have access to the beautiful pool area, private beach, and spa. The room has no balcony or ocean view but is quiet and spacious. The furniture is quite dated and plain which surprised me. I could not tell that from the photos. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my 5-day stay.

We loved it. Beautiful accommodations, beautiful resort. Of course everything is pricey, it's Miami! But definitely the nicest accommodations we've had in Miami. The beach was pristine, the resort's crew was amazing (especially the crew around the pools!!), food was good. So many options! There is the nicest trail along the coastline (we rented bikes and road up and down). The room was beautiful, spacious and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed and bedding. A++

Charged twice for booking and still no response, beware when booking

I was charged twice for this booking, once at the time of booking and again when I checked in. I have reached out to have this remedied and have not gotten any response. This is my first time using VRBO and I am disappointed. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Unfortunately this claim is inaccurate and despite of reaching out multiple times to you in hopes to get clarification regarding the claim, there was no response. The only charge processed on the premises was the mandatory check out cleaning charges to be paid at the property as noted on the listing description and the house rules.

Lovely pool and roomy suite

A great way to enjoy this resort. Suite was perfect size. A little worn but very accommodating. You’ll need to walk to nearby CVS to buy dish soap and other things if you plan to have breakfast or lunch in suite. Resort does not permit bringing any outside food to pool area (food must be purchased there). Probably the best pool(s) on Miami Beach. We drove to high rated restaurants at South Beach, Art Deco area, business district, etc. and all food was fabulous and a great way to see greater Miami. Service at this resort is outstanding. Everyone is extremely accommodating and pleasant. This suite is an affordable way to stay at a very expensive resort. Just be prepared to pay up at resort (parking $58/day).

We love this resort! Chic, clean, iconic! First time staying in this room. It is our first room without a balcony and we did not miss it. This room is as pictured. It has the necessary amenities and a few extra like toaster and microwave. You get so much more than a room! Access to exclusive pool, fantastic, easy beach access. Numerous pools, and top tier customer service. Once again.... they give me no reason to leave. If I had to pick one thing to improve on... it would be for something to hold your shower necessities in the shower (soap, shampoo, etc). Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect for a business trip

Check in process was smooth, at the hotel check in. Unfortunately I didn't have time to utilize the spa but friends who were staying in another room raved about it. The view from the room is of a fountain and pickup area for the towers. There is a body sized mirror in the bathroom. Lots of storage for your belongings. The room is on the 3rd floor making taking the steps a breeze if the elevator is taking long.( Floor 2 is the main floor of the hotel) The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the room, with silverware and plates. The mini refrigerator stayed cold and is under the sink. Very convenient location of the room so close to the elevator but in its own hallways so I didn't hear it all night. Beautiful place, highly recommend. Very good value. Would love to stay here again for convention next year!

Super weird smell

The management wasn't the most accommodating. I tried to cancel because I was no longer cleared to fly (due to pregnancy complications). No accommodation given AT ALL. Ended up being glad I couldn't go. My husband went and stayed there to attend a conference. The smell in the unit was terrible. He said I for sure would have been throwing up because of it. A good clean smell is a pretty basic requirement when it comes to a property.

Great Location, Dingy and dirty on arrival though

Love the location. Was surprised how dirty the pillowcases on the bed were. (We travel with our own, but the hotel would have changed them if we asked.) Place has a funky layout. Huge bathroom with a very tiny shower. 2 random refrigerators in the middle of the living room. That said, they were pretty upfront about things like no balcony and third floor location (which is actually a plus given the expanse of the property as suite is right off elevator, but not on same side of hallway so you don’t hear it.)
