We are very concerned about these claims. In the thousands of rentals that we have hosted over several years, we have never experienced a security breach. According to this guest, she met a man that she did not know one night, then decided not to hang out with him the next night and then she stated he showed up to her room with a key. She never called security at the time and actually let the man stay overnight in her room. She reached out to us regarding the incident and continually claimed she wanted a refund or credit to return and stay again at our facility. Our staff spent several days trying to research her story including an investigation by condo operations and review of video footage by the head of security. The video footage shows the guest at the front desk with the man. We did our outmost best in researching these claims to no avail. We have never experienced this as a host. No one is allowed to be given a room key unless their name is specifically on the reservation. This request also needs to be documented through the owner reservation portal. We have had many wonderful reviews about the property and location, and again, have never had a security breach. There is security on-site available 24 hours a day if anyone needs assistance.
