Welcome to Villas Del Mar Palmilla, the most luxurious private and exclusive gated community in Cabo and adjacent to the world renowned Palmilla One and Only Hotel.

Villa 70 offers elegant and spacious single - level indoor and outdoor living with a private infinity edge swimming pool, spa, large firepit lounging area and alfresco dining with patio views of the Sea of Cortez. Our home is imNumerous peccably maintained by our property management company.

Amazing location and service!

The house is exactly as shown and the service was the best we have had. Great communication and easy checkin and departure. Lots of great amenities and touches throughout the house and the neighborhood is full of great options!

First and significantly, property ad claimed to have “view of the Sea of Cortez.” That is accurate only if you are a giraffe. The ACTUAL view was of the neighbor’s rooftops. That was extremely disappointing and we would have NEVER rented there had we known the description was inaccurate. Second, the AC of the house was tepid at best. The heat outside was scorching and it was impossible to properly cool the home down at night. Ditto for the refrigerator temperature. “Rodeo cool” at best. The lighting system of the home was state of the art. For 1985, anyways. Extremely frustrating to accurately control the lights. Last but not least, I was assured access to the workout facility at Espiritu during our stay. In fact, it was CLOSED every day after our first day for renovations. Absolutely would NOT have stayed there had we known the only decent gym in the facility would be closed. Overall, would definitely NOT recommend staying at this home. We have rented multiple homes in Villa Del Mar in the past and all have been great. Except, of course, this one.

I would like to start by stating that in my 20 years of being a VRBO host across three properties, I have never had the misfortune of hosting such a disrespectful and utterly bizarre rental group. According to our kind property manager, you were complaining before you even set foot in our villa. To first address your misunderstanding of our listing, I can confidently say that there are no images or listing verbiage that would indicate our property is "oceanfront". Additionally, as a very petite woman, I am certainly not a "giraffe" and can easily enjoy views of the Sea of Cortez from our pool and outdoor living area. Within the first 24 hours of your stay and after the reprehensible disrespect of all staff you encountered, we seriously considered asking you to leave our property. However, we were hopeful that you had had a rough travel day, and your attitude would surely improve. Sadly, that was far from the case. Everyday brought new shenanigans. Regarding the air conditioning: We have five new A/C units. As our property manager repeatedly attempted to explain to you, our A/C shuts off when doors or sliders are left open. We feel that 70 degrees is a perfectly acceptable indoor temperature. When it is over 90 degrees outside and doors aren't closed, of course the systems will struggle to keep up. Regarding the fitness center. Our listing does not indicate access. Out of the goodness of our hearts, we tried to grant you special access to both Club 96 and Fitness Club Espiritu that is NOT normally available to renters. However, the day before your arrival, we received an email stating the fitness center would be closing in two days for low season maintenance. As you may recall, our property manager scrambled to find a way to let your group access another fitness facility in our neighborhood for the duration of your stay (which is also not normally available to renters). In closing, we take great pride in providing our guests with a wonderful vacation experience and our track record has repeatedly reflected that.

Beautiful home

The home is beautiful and well cared for. The neighborhood and community is stunning and we enjoyed our morning walks. Close proximity to a beautiful beach, Great restaurants, fun shopping and galleries. Roberto the property manager was absolutely amazing! We had the best vacation.

Family Christmas Cabo

The house is stunning and even better than the pictures! Everything is modern and extremely clean. We had great communication with the hosts. The kitchen was well equipped with every cooking tool we could have wanted, bedrooms were cool, quiet and very comfortable beds. Outdoors was gorgeous, views of the ocean, and a pristine pool/hot tub. The concierge, Roberto, was absolutely fantastic and very helpful coordinating up our holiday dinners and transportation for our large group. He was extremely responsive setting up activities and when we needed anything additional. The whale watching was extraordinary during our stay. The perfect time of year and the perfect place for our family holiday. The use of the golf cart was a great bonus for transportation around the immediate area. We would definitely stay at this beautiful property again. Great memories for our family, Thank you Christy and Shane.
