Quiet rural cabin, less than 10 miles from Kerr Lake, major shopping & i85. Private back deck surrounded by wooded area and fenced in yard. Serene atmosphere for those looking to retreat from the every day hustle & bustle and/or vacation with their loved ones. One FREE NC Parks pass provided during your stay for use at Kerr, Falls, and Jordan Lakes.

Now with wifi 6, fiber internet, and a Keurig coffee machine.

Second bedroom has full size futon that serves as additional bed
Upstairs bath only has a tub
Central a/c and heat
Propane gas fireplace
Key-less entry
Property has well and septic
No cats
I ask you please keep dogs off the furniture

Dog fee is $35 each dog/per stay.
Dog bowls, kennels, waste bags, and sheets are provided. Service/emotional support dogs require proof.
10% off military and first responders (must request).
5% off weekly rates. 10% off monthly rates.
Extra guest fee - after 4 guests (over 2 years), $40 per person per night.

Cozy Home

We had a nice stay at Casa Cabina. We loved the proximity to Kerr Lake and how cozy it was. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed sitting around the table on the back deck.

Quiet place for family near wedding venue

Coziest little place and clean as could be. Fully equipped and comfortable in every way. Owens was very helpful and communicated so well!

The best stay ever!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! We had so much fun and can not wait to come back! Our host was phenomenal and the nicest weve ever been encountered with. When things wouldnt work properly she was there in a quickness and those kind of hosts are hard to come by! Again we can not wait to come back and stsy here at Casa Cabina!

Well loved Family House in the Woods

This house had all we needed for a two night senior citizens stay at budget price point. The fenced yard and provisions for pet clean up were excellent. Inside was dated, but clean, functional and family friendly. We were unable to control the many strings of LED lights or TV’s volume, but chalked it up to operator error.

Casa Cabina is the perfect place for peace and quiet!

Our spring break stay was great! The cabin was stocked, clean and comfortable. It was just a short drive to Kerr Lake and restaurants and shopping. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location close to Kerr Lake.

We rented this property for the purposes on staying while fishing in a bass tournament on Kerr Lake. Communication was great with the host! The location is very convenient and our equipment was much safer than a hotel in Henderson. We loved it and will be booking again! Thanks a lot Kathy!

The house was everything Kathy advertised. It was very clean and worked great for a couple of buddies co.ing to the lake to fish a few days. Was great setting out back and enjoying some refreshments and talking fishing with friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area of North Carolina. The house was adorable & suited our needs perfectly. The house had everything we needed for our stay & the owner was very nice to work with. Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed roaming around in the fenced in yard (and having a fenced in yard is always an added bonus for us dog owners!!).

Lovely and comfortable

Christmas in NC

Perfect home for our extra bedroom needs for a family Christmas. Needed handicap accessible which this was with just a couple of steps up to master bedroom. Home was exactly as described and impeccably clean and well stocked. Will certainly be in touch if we find ourselves in the need of more space! Merry Christmas!

Very clean and comforting

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Very clean and put together. Everything you need as far as amenities are there. Also, nice to have everything labeled with instructions. Easy drive to Kerr lake. Note: If trailering a boat, you will need to back-in the driveway to be able to exit a lot easier.
