About this property

This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed. It features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a private deck with outdoor seating and a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This rental is a perfect balance of being able to enjoy a quiet stay away, yet the ski areas are conveniently just a short drive away or quickly accessible via the nearby shuttle stops. Treehouse Condominiums offers a wide array of amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool and three hot tubs. There's also a sauna, a racquetball court, fitness facilities and coin-operated laundry facilities. There's a fun game room with pool tables, an air hockey table, a ping pong table and a variety of arcade games. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The cozy living area features hardwood flooring, comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Step outside to the private deck to enjoy treed views and the fresh mountain air.

The recently updated, full size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table is between the kitchen and living area and seats four. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a single sink vanity also with granite countertops and a separated toilet and shower area for added privacy with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed as well as a closet.

We endured it!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had heat that never would shut off! The maintenance staff said it was because it was between floors. Thermostat was set to 65 and the unit would not get below 78 without opening all windows. In the winter this is not ideal. The radiant heaters were always on. No discount or adjustment for our stay. There was an electrical issue in the living room that took two days to fix. The clubhouse was dirty and unusable for adults. The bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. Used soap in shower and hair on the shower walls. The furniture was torn and not functional. The furniture was electric reclining sofas and they were stuck out and would not retract. A very bad tripping hazard.
