One large bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet. Beautiful private garden bath tub and shower with a separate sitting room over looking the pool. TV and WIFI access is included.
The house is located on the corner of Clifford St. & Wilkinson Ave..

The space
Easy access from I-75 and close to Fort Myers International Airport and Punta Gorda Airport. 40 minutes to Siesta Key Beach one of the most popular beaches in the U.S. There is the Myakka River State Park great for kayaking. Tampa Bay Rays spring training camp and new Atlanta Braves spring training camp are only 20 minutes away. Beautiful Historic Downtown Punta Gorda were you can enjoy a walk along the Charlotte Harbor. Fishermens Village in Punta Gorda is a must see. Englewood, Venice and Sarasota Beaches are to the North, Ft. Myer Beaches are to the South.

Fantastic stay

Lovely home, great relaxing pool area and lanai. Our hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating! We appreciated the use of beach chairs and cooler. I enjoyed the Keurig for a nice selection of hot drinks. Comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom, stocked with shampoo etc. Even something for our sunburn! We enjoyed having a nice place to come home to after spending our days at the beach or exploring the area. We walked at various walking trails, visited the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Punta Gorda, Gasparilla Island, Venice Beach, and Siesta Key.

GREAT STAY

We enjoyed every bit of our trip and the stay at Ragers BnB. Steve and Christa are both great hosts. We didn’t think the pictures did this properly complete justice- it was definitely better in person. We’d stay again & when we’re back in that area this will be a great choice

Wonderful accommodations and hosts!

Beautiful private space in a nice neighborhood. Close to good restaurants and shopping. The hosts are warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL!!!!

Steven n Kristi greeted us on arrival and gave us a personal guide to their OASIS!!! They are a delightful couple. Their place is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting with them, getting to know them. I so enjoyed using their pool at end of busy day. I got to sit by pool and watched the rain. I sincerely hope my hubby and I will get to stay with them again. They will be in my heart always!!

Felt like home

My husband and I loved our stay here. Christa and Steve are such wonderful people. The place is beautifully furnished and feels like home. The gardens surrounding the house and lanai are amazing. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way, but it’s just a short drive to the Harbor Walk, shopping and beaches.

The hosts were very attentive and super sweet. The accommodations were beautiful and very clean. Everything you could need was available. Beautiful, relaxing pool and lanai. Quiet , peaceful neighborhood. This is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I hope to stay again soon. Definitely a 5+ for these Super hosts.

Great location and facilities

We were looking for a good place to stay whilst visiting friends in Punta Gorda. This B&B Suite was perfect for our needs, with everything on hand for a six night stay. It was very well equipped and Steven made it clear that we could use the barbeque in the lanai whenever we wanted. We would definitely return to the suite the next time we are visiting our friends, as we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you both for your lovely hospitality!

Perfect!

We were in Florida to meet with our builder and needed a nice space but didn’t require an entire house or condo. These accommodations were perfect! We had all the space we needed and all the amenities! Christa and Steve are wonderful hosts! We absolutely plan on future stays ! We highly recommend this property!

Awesome Place!

My wife and I were in town for a small family reunion. The host just did not have enough room to house us all so we rented Steve & Christa's place for a few days. The apartment was stocked with everything you could possibly need, everything was super clean and our hosts were incredibly nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything we needed for the short time we stayed here. Steve and Christa were the best. They were always available with anything we needed and became good friends which was a Blessing to us. The beaches were close by and were just beautiful . The best part was when we were able to go to the park and view the most spectacular sunset . If you are wanting an awesome place to stay look up the availability. Very clean and close to everything !!!!!!!

It was just exactly what we were looking for, for a few days. The hosts were wonderful.

Very private area of the home set aside for guests. It was perfect!! The pool was just beautiful and anything we needed, Christa and Steve were very attentive to us. I felt very comfortable there.
