Fisherman Village and the new Sunseeker Resort are 3 miles away. Charlotte harbor Beach park is a seven minute drive with splash pad and pool. Relax by our New pool after a day on the Beach. Bbq grill is available for grilling your favorite steaks. Property is equipped with Electronic door locks for self check in. Security Cameras at front and Rear of property for tenant safety and security. Smart Tv s available in Every room for your Streaming pleasure. Ample parking in front of house and carport.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House is equipped with Bbq fee will apply for use please request in advance. Parties are not allowed.

My wife and I totally enjoyed the cottage.It had everything we needed in a nice quiet neighbourhood.We loved sitting out by the pool watching the fish jump in the canal.We would definitely book here again if possible.

A nice renovated bungalow by the canal. We are impressed with the tasteful décor populated with beach -theme ornaments and wall decorations. All appliances are quite new and work well. For entertainment there’s a ROkU smartTV but no cable TV service, hence we had to rely on our own streaming subscription services. The kitchen equipment are good but a bigger frying pan would be useful. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The flooring appears new. The enticing private swimming pool is screened in and appears to be working well although we did not use it during our stay. The bathroom is a bit small but clean and functional though lacking a grap bar for safety over the bathtub. There is plenty of lawn around the property to exercise our dog. However, this part of the city has no public sidewalks, hence walking our dog in the neighbourhood was a challenge for fear of treading on private property and vehicle traffic on the roads. Nevertheless, within 20 minutes drive there are several parks for exercise and bird watching. There are no equipment provided for water sports such as kayaking. The property’s boat dock is taken up by the owner’s boat and unavailable to guests.All in all, we highly recommend this very nice and enjoyable property to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation in.

Floors dirty. My bare feet turned black every day. I had to wash them before putting my shoes on to venture out. Also Food under furniture. Ants in every room. I found a filthy mop & dry mopped the floors. Sprayed for ants. Tried to avoid taking them home. Neighborhood okay. Everything else was OK. Thank you.

Canal House

Started out ok. The keypad was hard to see especially when the sun was beating on it at check in. It’s perfect for a couple but tough when you have a 21 year old. Bathroom was small. The cleanliness was ok. The cleaning people need to do a better cleaning job. The floors were dirty had to clean them at arrival. There were napkins on the floor under the kitchen table. The listing said washer/dryer but it was locked up and inaccessible. Should have code to get into that in the book. Location was good for us but noisy at night. Can hear traffic. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. It was nice that cleaners and vacuum was accessible so we could clean up.
