The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



You’ll be in absolute awe as you step inside your temporary home. The interior is beautifully renovated with a spacious open-concept and brand-new flooring throughout. The space flows easily from room to room making it feel even more spacious. High-end features and finishes make this feel like a luxury home, accented by the luxe décor and furnishings.



Vaulted ceilings in the living area make the space feel even more spacious, while the exposed beams add lots of warmth. You’ll love gathering here as a group on the cozy furniture around the gorgeous wood burning fireplace.



The luxury finishes continue as you make your way into the spacious kitchen. With an amazing backsplash, gold faucets and handles, and top of the line appliances, you’ll feel like a fancy chef in here. You’ll have access to everything you need to whip up your own fresh meals, including appliances, utensils, and cookware. You’ll also have a lovely dining area, as well as a breakfast area, to enjoy your fresh meals or local takeout.



With 5 large bedrooms, you’ll have plenty of room for everyone to comfortably spread out. Two of the rooms even feature French doors leading out to the gorgeous backyard and offering a lovely view of the pool! Each room is furnished with comfy beds and lavish linens, ideal for a great night’s rest after a long, fun-filled day. The attention-to-detail that exists in the entire home carries into the 3 bathrooms as well. They are all clean and updated, with a modern and sleek vibe. The master bath is a standout with a huge walk-in shower, gorgeous soaking tub, amazing tiling, and a double vanity. You’ll feel truly pampered in these hotel-quality bathrooms!



The backyard contains your very own relaxing oasis! The beautiful covered patio area is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying the weather under some shade. If you prefer the sun, get your tan on while reclining on the lounge chairs around the pool. For even more relaxation, take a nap or read a book in the hammock. And of course, you’ll love taking a dip in the relaxing bright blue pool surrounded by the beautiful landscaping.

The Neighborhood:

Known as one of the best places to live in Texas, we are located in Far North Dallas in the much sought-after Prestonwood neighborhood. You’re just 5 minutes from the University of Texas at Dallas campus. For your convenience, we are just 25 minutes away from downtown Dallas Main Street and DFW airport.



You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night! AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is only 36 min drive.



Closer to your temporary neighborhood, you’ll be just 12 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Thank you kindly.







★ TOWELS NOTE ★



Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.







★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
