Welcome to the Little Beach House! Come relax with kids and pets alike in the fully fenced in yard located 1 block from the Delaware bay beaches and only 15-20 min drive to downtown Cape May or Wildwood. The beach house is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, 2 smart TVs, luxurious linens, and lightning fast internet. There is keyless entry for your convenience. Come be our guest and enjoy the hidden gem that is the quiet Cape May Villas.

This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is only 5 houses from a Delaware Bay Beach access.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. The living room couch is a queen pull out bed.

The Villas are a quiet residential neighborhood just off the Delaware Bay, located within 20 minutes of both Cape May and Wildwood.
Minimum rental age is 25.
Parking is limited to 3 cars.
There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. All pets must be up to date on shots and flea & tick treatments.
No parties or fireworks.
Early check ins or late check outs are offered for a $50 fee.

Great Little Beach House

We had such a good time at the Little Beach House. Mornings walk on the beach of for coffee. Great location for eating in Villas and so close to Cape May proper as well. We were visiting friends and family down the street so the location was perfect for us. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

The little beach house was perfect for our family of 5! We were thrilled that there was a pac-n-play as well as a high chair included for our little guy, and a fenced in yard. Super close to the bay and perfect for cool beach nights. We plan to stay again!

Villas beach visit

The Little Beach House worked well for our family of 5 for our first visit to Villas, and was as described in the photos. The furniture was great, the sofa bed was comfortable, towels were cozy, and the AC kept everyone cool, though it didn’t work as well in the queen bedroom. The lack of supplies in the kitchen made it difficult to cook any meals without having to stock the fridge so we kept it very basic; we had to purchase toilet paper and all food items. There was roadwork happening all around the streets in the neighborhood which made driving very bumpy and it was loud when they were working in the morning, but it will look much better once the roads are paved. The location was steps away from the bay, making it easy to watch the beautiful sunsets, and take a morning walk, but wouldn’t recommend swimming in the water. It was a quick drive to Wildwood and Cape May to visit the beaches, shop, and eat. One of the beach umbrellas was broken, the host was super responsive and brought a new one over in a few minutes, saving us from having to rent one on the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great - Quiet and Laid Back Location

Great peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle. Yard was great size and well maintained, the double gates need adjustment, had to keep closed with a chair. House needs powerwashing. Inside house is ok, needs some items addressed. Upon entering it had an odor which an air freshener helped. The kitchen sink had paper towels left in the drain I guess because there is no drain catcher. Every cup, plate, silverware I grabbed was dirty. Tried to run the dishwasher and the tablets under sink wouldn't fit in the d/w door which is I guess why so many dirty dishes. I ran to the dollar general got the right size plus a new skillet as the one supplied was in horrible condition. The oven needs to be cleaned. When running the microwave the kitchen light dims, so that should be addressed. The queen bed mattress needs replacing, when sweeping under the bed noticed that the box spring is ripped and hanging down and bedroom is not as cool as other areas in the house. One of the other issues was when I went to use the dryer there were towels and a bedspread left sitting in there. These issues/cleaning services need to be addressed because for the price charged it was extreme for what was received and/or cleaning needing to be done upon arrival. That said, I really want to love this property and will remain positive that the owner was not aware of the these issues and that these will be corrected.

Clean dog friendly getaway

Highly recommend. Very clean and cozy. Fenced backyard with good about of space for kids and dogs to run around. A block from the beach. The host is very responsive and thoughtful. The house has everything we needed and extras. Great place to stay with kids and four legged family members. Big thumbs up!
