Just 4 houses from the bay beach (about a 1-minute walk), Arbor Road is a magical little coastal cottage with some of the best sunsets in New Jersey 🌅
Relax outside on the patio around the fire table, swing in the hammocks, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the water. Take the kayaks out for a sunset cruise, then come back and unwind under the stars.
Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 cozy living spaces—perfect for spreading out and settling in.
This is the kind of place that makes you want to stay just a little longer.

⚠️ Note: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and place a refundable security hold after booking. This is standard for professionally managed homes and helps protect both parties. Happy to answer any questions 🙂

Short walk to the bay

Spring Break Family Getaway

Great beach weekend!

We had a great time staying here with our friends and dog. The house was very clean, cute, and comfortable. Having the fenced yard, grill, and fire pit was also lovely. We enjoyed sunsets on the bay less than a block away! We would definitely stay here again.

A Cozy Gem

We had a wonderful weekend staying in Teresa's well appointed cottage. It had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was excellent and Teresa was very responsive to all of my questions.

Great Visit

This rental had great style with everything you could possibly need and more. There was just enough space for my husband, mom and 2 kids and I. The unit is small but it feels very large with each space decorated to separate different areas. We enjoyed the very short walk to the bay beach with our dog to see the sunsets. Villas is a nice quiet area but isn't too far from the Cape May beaches, shopping and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and would love to visit again.

Perfect getaway

The location of the house was amazing. Quiet neighborhood which was great for early morning and late night walks. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The house was better than expected. A lot more room than the pictures made it seem. My favorite had to be the sunroom. Big TV made for great entertainment. The backyard was also a treat. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. 5 stars!

Amazing Beach House

Can't say enough good things about our stay! The house is even better than the description. Super clean, lots of extra little touches like chocolates on the bed. Teresa let us know we could actually check in a little early and was also very generous with checking out. We really had no reason to contact her during our stay(everything was perfect) but im sure if we had needed anything she would have responded quickly. She has turned her cottage into a true gem with an awesome location so close to the beach. We will definitely come back in the future and hope that everyone who has the pleasure of staying in the future enjoys and appreciates it as much as we did!

Full kitchen will allow you to prepare those cookouts, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 bath, 1 killer outdoor shower!
Take the kayaks out for a sunset cruise, and take your picture with the monarch butterfly wall! This house has everything ya need to not want to leave!
