Beautiful townhouse located in the sought after San Pablo area. Fully furnished 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom & car garage. The house boosts an open concept living with the kitchen area open to the living area. Master bedroom and bathroom are located on the !st floor as well as the laundry room. The house has wood floors all throughout the house. Master bedroom has a king bed while 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds all with huge walk in closets. The townhouse is located a mile from the Mayo Clinic and less then 10 min from the beach area. all shopping centers are centrally located within 5 min reach.
