Summary:

Superb apartment located on the ground floor, in the center of the 7th arrondissement, very well located between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower.

This tastefully decorated apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.

Warm, bright and well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with family or with friends (6 people)



The Space:

40 m2 apartment which includes:

- 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, one with bathroom and toilet

- 1 living room with double sofa bed (140 cm bed), TV and Wifi

- A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso machine)

- A second bathroom with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper

A 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes from the Champs de Mars, this apartment is located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement on a renowned shopping street. The Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne are a 20-minute walk away.



It is the ideal location for an excellent stay in Paris in a chic, bourgeois, lively neighborhood and close to the capital's must-see places. You can enjoy a boat trip along the Seine, and visit the Invalides.

No shower door or curtain in the ensuite bathroom so water all over the floor. And very tiny bathrooms. But otherwise great.

We could not reach anyone when we arrived. We waited for 3 hours in the lobby before we received a call. When we got the key, we struggled to turn the lock. We did not get any instructions about the apt. Someone did show up to fix the lock, which took almost an hour. 3 mornings there was no hot water to shower with. We were instructed to resent the electric panel. Occasionally that worked. On May 31 at 3:30 am, the smoke alarm went off. No smoke or fire. Asked for instructions to work washing machine and dryer, which we got but took too long to wash and dry small amount.We choose this apt, first because it is a great location--we were happy with that and how quiet and safe it was and that it had laundry machine. We had to use a laundry mat to wash our clothes. There was no drying rack in the apt. Not enough hooks in the bathrooms or apt to hang towels or clothes to dry. Small bathroom did not have a shower door so the floor always got wet. Large shower had door but no shelve to put soap and shampoo. It would be difficult to have 6 people in the apt with the large dinning table and fold out couch. We appreciated that the management company did get back to us most of the time. The apt did stay cool even in the heat and there was a fan. We loved the cafes, restaurants, shops, Rue Claire and Metro very close to the apt. The location is excellent and I think everyone tried to solve the issues. Needs to be better communication and some simple fixes and better coordination.
