Waterfront Escape - Convenient, Great Views

The property has been completely updated and is very cozy and welcoming for your Florida vacation. NOTE: The property was not rented the last 2 years as wel let friends who had been affected by Hurricane Ian and Milton use the property while repairs were completed to their homes. The property is now available for rent to vacationers again.

There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping a total of 4. The floor plan is open and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area offering lots of privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped featuring all new appliances.

The living room has a loveseat with two recliners including a power recliner chair.

The screen room is a nice way to end your day. A hot tub is featured inside the enclosed screen room. An outdoor table and 4 chairs allow for dining outside or just relaxing.

The dock is a great place to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine or cocktail. Note you may be joined by the owners on the dock if they are on the boat during your stay.

The property is on a wide canal and an oversized lot for privacy. The owners do keep their yacht at the property and you may see them come and go from the yacht. If they go for a cruise while you are there you may be invited to join them or even just join them for a cocktail.

Nice Floor Plan

Great floor plan layout for adult children. Large living area and kitchen. Close to shopping and major thoroughfares. Be aware the owners are around at their boat dock a bit.

Thanks so much for your comments. Yes, we do spend time on our boat. You were the first renters and we have since also installed blinds on the patio for total privacy. Vacationers are also welcome to sit on the dock and even join us for a glass of wine on the boat if we are around.

Great vacation home!!

This home was very nice with all the upgrades and really felt like home and relaxing. Open concept was great, everything youneeded was super and the king size beds were very,very comfortable. Dock area to sun and relax by also a nice enclosed screen-in porch with hot tub was very nice. Restaurants, stores close and Fort Myers and Sanibel only minutes away. Owners were very prompt in answering questions or advising on different things to do... We will definitely rent again in the future!!

The owners are new and asked for any suggestions if we saw an area of need which we did. We left a short list and Janet text us to let us know that she had already picked up the few things I had listed. Tim was kind enough to offer places to see and where to eat. Nice neighbor, great views, quite. Owners very friendly and accommodating.

Relaxing stay!

We experienced a very warm and lovely home during our week's stay. The home was tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable. All of our needs were met. I am certain we will be returning. This home has it all! The screened porch made for a delightful spot to enjoy morning coffee and also our evening meal. Our sincere thanks to the owners.

Comfortable house in good location

We had a good experience staying here. The 2 big bedrooms with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms worked great for our group of 4. The hosts were especially welcoming and communicated well throughout our stay. The gift of gourmet chocolates was an unexpected surprise that we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cape Coral

My husband and I booked this property based on location and the accommodations. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed our week there the weather was beautiful. Being from the north, our goal was to escape the cold temperatures. We were able to sit out in shirt sleeves and soak up the warmth.

well appointed

very clean. could use a few more kitchen utensils. would like to have a few instructions - what to do when checking out, etc. Otherwise a very nice, clean, updated place to stay.
