The owner(s) of this unit provide an absolutely beautiful condo for your enjoyment. We have rented from him for 4 years and have always found a pristine condo with high end design and furnishings. If a person can find something to complain about here, they simply cannot be pleased. It is absolutely beautiful!!!!

This condo was the perfect choice for our vacation. It is absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. It provided all the necessities you need to make you feel at home. The host was amazing. They were very quick to answer with any questions we had. I will definitely try to book this condo again for our next vacation. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

The place is absolutely beautiful!! Everything looks brand new and so well decorated. The location is very convenient with a view from both directions. The beach was so nice and easy to get to. Definitely planning on staying here again.

Had a great stay! The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. Having beach chairs included is always wonderful. Owners are very attentive in making sure your stay goes smoothly. Would highly recommend this Unit. Hope to stay again in the future.

What an amazing stay! We loved this place and can’t wait to come back. This was perfect being on the top corner so very private. The views are amazing with the perfect spot to watch sunsets. The giant windows and glass doors made for such amazing views all day. The perfect spot for afternoon tanning as well on the covered patio or coffee in the mornings. The pictures match exactly how the property looks in person. The condo came with everything needed to cook and beautiful furnishings all over. Very nice to have in unit laundry as well. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk bed fit my child who’s just over 5 feet tall. Having the beach chair rentals made it such a breeze to go down to the beach and not have to do anything but grab a towel. The beach had plenty of space to set up our canopy and chairs when we did set up for a full day since there are a small amount of condos between the buildings and was not crowded like some other places in the area. Location was great, closet to lots of restaurants and activities but away from the main crowds, noise, and traffic. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering booking.

The condo was beautiful! Everything was nicely decorated and incredibly clean. We enjoyed our week on the Gulf. So convenient to walk down to the beach everyday. We had the beach to ourselves a good bit of the week also. This was our 4th year staying at the SeaChase, but first in this particular condo and we can't wait to visit again in the future!

Gorgeous beach view! Clean Condo with stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend booking if you’re thinking about staying in Panama City Beach. McGuire’s is across the street. Pier Park is about a mile and half down the road for shopping and chain restaurants.

This condo was so nice! The owners were top notch and super helpful when the internet went out ( it was the provider issue). None the less despite the weather not being ideal, the condo was perfection! And it made for unbelievable views from every area in the unit! The furniture was nice! Beds were amazing! We will return to this unit anytime it’s available and we are in the area!

Absolutely amazing location! Beautifully decorated, convenient walk to the beach, it is a smaller pool but it’s plenty big, condo was clean at check in and kitchen was fully stocked! We will absolutely stay here again!!

Everything about this vacation rental is fabulous! It is in the perfect location. The property is absolutely beautiful. It has a gorgeous beach view positioned perfectly to see the sunset.
