Hocking Hills Cedar Ranch Cabin

Unfortunately this response will be much shorter than I would like because it only allows me to type 1500 characters so I will speak to future guests. The ENTIRE house was fully renovated in 2021. Flooring, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We built our own bed frames which was much more costly than buying online. Anyone who has built things like this knows this. Every mattress cost $500 and every bedroom has its own TV. We have had multiple guests ask us where we got our mattresses so they can get one for their own home. We do this for the comfort of our guests. I can think of a lot of ways to make a quick buck. Investing in real estate for short term rentals is certainly not on of them! We have replaced 2 Adirondack chairs due to damage from previous guests. There is still 2 remaining, and we bought 4 additional metal chairs to replace. Yes, we bought cushions for the chairs which was not necessary but did so for comfort. I've been to many cabins in the area and I cant think of any that provided cushions. Sheet sets cost $35. We also purchased the new couches in the living room this year. I just wanted to point out that we have invested a lot of money into providing a clean, updated and comfortable home for people to stay in. This is the first time we did not get 5 stars for cleanliness. Like I said I would like to respond to everything but this is already almost to the max allowed. After all of your complaints, you think you might stay again. Respectfully, please do not.

I bought a new remote for the tv. I also have had a water softener installed which has cleared up water and maintains pressure. I normally do not respond to my reviews, in fact I believe I never have, but I felt the need to respond to this one. Thank you for the review.
