Ocean Harbor is located mid island between the ocean and bay. Walk across the street to Newton Beach, next door to Publix, Junkanoo's and Fresh Catch.
In season there are social activities.

Our unit sleeps 4 in a split bedroom condo with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths, fully furnished and equipped for your monthly stay. Each bedroom has a desk for your work needs.
There are plenty of places to eat, explore and rent a bike.

We have been coming to Florida since 2015 and fell in love with FMB. We liked it so much we decided to move here over a year ago. We live in Bonita Springs which is 40 minutes from the beach. We are able to spend time on the beach and at the condo when it is not rented. We also enjoy the other owners and amenities available at the condo.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the property before IAN for the amenities and community within the complex.
It is located mid island between the bay and the ocean. It is gated with lots of friendly people and activities during the season. It is located across the street from Newton Beach and the bay on the other side. The property is well maintained and beautiful.

What makes this property unique

Mid island, across from Newton beach, next to Publix and Junkanoos.
New tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, corn hole and updated pool area. Great social activities during season.

OUR UNIT HAS BEEN RENTED VIA WORD OF MOUTH WHICH IS WHY THERE ARE NO COMMENTS.

All feedback we received has been positive. If it weren't for IAN all seasonal rentals would have returned for the next season.
