Voyage Forth Myers

Malgré le paysage dévasté de Forth Myers dû a l'ouragan Ian passé en Octobre 2022 nous avons adoré notre voyage, notre hÎte Bob est trÚs sympathique et nous a aider pour chaque besoin ou questionnement. Molly and Bob were very welcoming and attentive to any of our needs. The home is in a wonderful location of FMB, a great neighborhood for walking or biking. There is an easy walk to the bay and to the Mound House which has a great museum and also a new pier from which you can fish or just walk. The location to the beach is excellent, just a very short walk to Estero Blvd, cross over the blvd. and right to the beach access. We appreciated our dogs being allowed to come and the supply of umbrellas, chairs and cart to take it all to the beach. There is a very sitting area on the patio. We were very glad for the washer and dryer! The Bay Oaks rec center is a couple of blocks away, great for pickleball or for working out at the gym. Loved The Island Pancake House, which has the best breakfast on FMB. Other restaurants are also close by. We had a great stay at Tranquila Cottage in Fort Myers Beach!

Sehr sauber und super Lage

Wir heben unsere ersten Tage nach der Ankunft in Fort Myers hier verbracht.Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und schön vorbereitet fĂŒr uns. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, was im Sommer sehr angenehm war.Die Hosts Molly und Bob waren sehr freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und boten ihre Hilfe an fĂŒr Fragen jeglicher Art.Der Check in war ganz unkompliziert, was fĂŒr uns sehr angenehm war, da wir mitten in der Nacht erst ankamen.The Islands Pancake-House in der NĂ€he (fußlĂ€ufig nach Nord-West) ist fĂŒr FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Lunch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben die 3 Tage dort sehr lecker gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt.

Had a fabulous stay! Hosts were great and very accommodating! There were plenty of towels, beach toys, umbrellas, etc that bringing your own just wastes room for souviners. Kids enjoyed their first beach vacation, and we enjoyed our stay! Great vantage point for both the beach, local shopping and site seeing!Beds were comfy, everything we needed was right there for kitchen necessities! A bit buggy on the patio, as is most of florida, so bring your bug spray!

Nice spring break

The property is identical to what is shown in the photos. Everything was in working order, the ACs worked well, it was clean and the host was great. If you have any questions they are easily available. Property is very close to the beach. We had a great time.

Great stay

Rental was perfect for our long weekend with 6 adults. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Only negative was everything was driving distance (except beach). Otherwise a lovely area. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and a wagon for hauling items to and from.

Relaxing Vacation

This unit was perfect for our trip. It's just a short walk to the beach and the unit has beach chairs an umbrella to use. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evening on the patio. There are several restaurants and bars close by to enjoy good food and beverages. Bob and Molly are great hosts and even reached out to us before we got there to get our arrival time so they could have the lights on if it was late. Thank you so much for sharing your beach cottage with us. We will absolutely be back again!

Bob and Molly were excellent hosts. The major drawback was the new construction going on all around us. Noisy. But that isn’t the host fault and it soon will be done in their location!

We had an amazing vacation while staying at the cottage. I would surely give 10 stars in every review category. The check in/out process could not have been easier; Molly and Bob are kind and gracious hosts and we loved our chats with them! The property description was accurate and the cottage was very clean. Do NOT overlook this property because it’s is a bit outdated, it is safe, well stocked, cared for by wonderful people and you CANNOT beat the location! We hope to come back soon! ~ Victoria

Island Life!

Stayed with my wife and 2 year old. It was perfect for us! Beach is right across the street and it’s a central location to everything! Molly and Bob are very accommodating. Close to the action but nice and quiet too.

A quick get away

Home away from home. Comfortable, everything we needed and just across from the beach. Lost power due to storm were kept up to date and lights provided. Will come.back soo er than later we hope!!

Perfect for a small family!

Our family of three stayed at the cottage and loved the location...an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Molly and Bob have a wonderfully equipped location both inside and out, and were quick and easy with communication needs. We had a wonderful visit to Fort Myers!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our property is a duplex cottage and has been in the family since early 1900’s. There is nothing like island living!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our cottage is a 100 yard walk to the beach. Swimming, sunbathing, playing in the sand, and beautiful sunsets are at your fingertips. We are walking distance from restaurants, downtown, a large library, water park, and gym. There is also a island trolley stop around the corner to take you where you need to go. Jet skiing and parasailing are available down the street from the cottage. On site, we have two patios (covered and uncovered) with BBQ grill, and a hammock.
