Please see upstairs unit also available for rent 'The Tommy Suite' (vrbo# 2537209). This vacation rental is 350 yards from The Gulf of America, a short 2 minute walk to the end of the street. This unit is a spacious 700 sq. foot apartment for your enjoyment. Our property is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, 1st floor (ground level) vacation rental. The decor is 'Tommy Bahama' style and is absolutly beautiful! This vacation rental has it all! Some features for you to enjoy are an in-suite washer/dryer, smart TV's throughout w/streaming capabilities w/your own passwords, free wi-fi, a spacious living area and brand new kitchen and a brand new modern bathroom w/ a 42' led smart mirror.

Great location unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best. The unit was very damp and musty and not very clean. Floors were dirty, table was set when we arrived, looked nice but placemats were dirty with food. Overall the place was in disarray.

Unfortunatley, once in awhile we tend to have tenants like this. Upon arrival his wife was upset with him that he booked the wrong unit on the property and the weather was unfavorable, which we have no control over. We offered to refund 100% if they were to depart the property immediately as they seemed unhappy with the unit he had booked, the weather and his wife was upset with him. We received no response from him after offering to refund if they left the property immediately and during the ENTIRE duration of there stay. As a result, we became the target of his nit-picking due to things completly out of our control.

Mi Casa is tastefully decorated, was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again. It was quiet and conveniently located! I was so pleased it was available!

Very attentive owner, repsonded quickly to all messages.

Short stay for 2 days, it was great! The home was clean, owners responded to all messages quickly, they even went to store and bought a blender when I asked if the home had one. We would defintly recommend this property!

Very comfortable, easy walk to beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit- it’s well appointed and has all the expected amenities. The outside area is really fun, done with multiple seating areas, even a tiki bar! There are three units in the building which makes it a great destination for a multi-family rental. In addition the homeowner is very responsive, even checking in on us when the Vrbo app went off line.
