This spacious condo has been completely remodeled with an open floor plan for breathtaking views in all rooms. Plenty of room for the whole family with two full bedrooms and 2 baths with each having their own private lanai.

We moved to SouthWest Cape Coral, Florida from Minnesota. We have grown to love our neighborhood and what it had to offer. It is close to the local Marinas and there is many choices for popular restaurants in the area. It is a perfect location for families traveling to enjoy Florida Sunshine.
