The indoor pool is currently closed to complete renovations. Plans are to re-open April 1st, 2026
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Really enjoyed the week here. There was plenty of room and it was well stocked. It is a great location. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and breakfast at the Cafe was delicious. All staff was kind and helpful. Check in and check out were easy.

Very clean condo

I was very impressed how clean this condo was. The only issues we had was slow tub drain and a slow sink drain in the bathrooms. They need to have better blinds in bedrooms and patio door. Missing a lot of the blind veins. Condo had everything we needed.

The property was nice but a little dated. The AC unit was very loud especially in the master bedroom. We were not given a key fob and had to call the management company who said they would leave it in the lock box. I went and it was not put in. Very annoying.. It was nice to have a balcony which gave us a view of the bay as well as a partial view of the beach.

Love the indoor/outdoor pool with beach access just steps away. The condo itself needs updating. Blankets and pillows were just thrown in the closets didn't know if they were clean or dirty. The floor was sticky and after walking around barefoot my feet were black so obviously its not cleaned very well. The toilet paper stand was all rusted. It's a $10 fix that would make things look a little better.

When we arrived, the washing machine was broken and full of dirty brown water. When we reached out to vacasa, they scheduled someone to come for repair but they never showed up. After several messages to vacasa, still nothing. Wasted several days waiting for someone to come. A few days later, one of our children opened the closet door in the bedroom and we found a huge patch of mold on the ceiling where they had been sleeping. Unacceptable. When reaching out about the mold, we never had a return call.

Carpets appeared dirty and stained. Vinyl floors appeared dirty. Ceiling panels in kitchen were broken and stained. Air conditioning unit was very loud and vents were dirty. We were on Motorcycles but they charged us for two parking spaces when we only needed one.

Worst stay I have ever had.

Keys didn't work properly, dirty counter tops, soiled carpet, black mold in vents and showers. Broken blinds. Blinds on floors and closets. No wash towels one hand towel. Water was turnoff for six hours. Vacasas association with you not was not a fit with me. Now if you were me would you be happy with this stay!!!! NEXT TIME I WILL STAY AT A HOTEL.
