Admire sparkling views of the Atlantic Ocean from this beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Pelican Beach in North Ocean City. In this small, mid-rise, oceanfront building, you'll be right on the beach - with a shaded balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom to welcome you back in the afternoons.


This air-conditioned condo was fully renovated in 2018 with hardwood floors in the main living area, kitchen, and hallway; upgraded Berber carpeting in the bedrooms; and a kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wet bar. The renovated bathrooms have granite vanities as well.


Enjoy three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players (one of which is a Blu-ray), and a selection of family movies. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a crib, a high chair, and an umbrella stroller are all provided as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A wonderful vacation
We loved the location and the comfort of the unit. Sitting on the deck was amazing watching the sunrise! Sipping drinks in the late afternoon watching the waves! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There was also no high rise buildings near by which was very nice. Less people on the beach with lots of room. Easy walk to many restaurants and activities. We look forward to booking this unit again!

Perfect getaway
Came down for a holiday weekend with some friends and had the best time. The place was perfect except the mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. My back was killing me afterwards, but otherwise everything else was amazing.

Very poor customer service for Pelican Beach 304 8/20 to 8/27
There was not much to love in this stay. We have rented from Vacasa for a couple years but have have rented at this building for about 20 years. Upon arriving we noticed that the dishwasher had a note in it stating not to use the dishwasher because it was broken. We also observed that the tub was not draining and had standing water above my ankles. We started our daily calls to Vacasa on that day ,no response. We called the next day and left messages and we still did not hear from them. The next day someone told us they would send someone out. Finally on day three the tub was repaired ,but no change with the dishwasher or communication about the status . Once again the daily calls to Vacasa. We were then informed when we reached out to them that the dishwasher has been broken for awhile and there would be no repair during our stay. Vacasa was aware that they rented a unit to us with a non-functioning dishwasher and did not have the common courtesy to tell us before we arrived, possibly giving us the opportunity to rent elsewhere. Is this the way to treat a repeat customer? In addition to this, on our daily calls to Vacasa we were constantly told by mangers that they would call us back and they did not, or that our unit was not their responsibility and the responsible person would call us and that didn't occur. Although they credited us about 20% it seemed like an insult after the daily 45 or 50 minutes on the phone with their people. I also think it was very dishonest of them to not inform inform us that the dishwasher was not functioning and we would be washing dishes on our vacation. I would have thought someone from the corporate office would have given us a call, but I'm sure they won't.

A lot left to be desired (both property and Vacasa)
Let’s start with what was good. The view.. That’s all. The property lists itself with a wine refrigerator which is very present on their pictures as well as a dishwasher and an updated look. The dishwasher was completely broken and they knew about it before we moved in. The wine fridge was broken. The bathrooms were dirty and dated. The sofas were disgustingly dirty. We tried to flip the cushions hoping the other side was better and the other side was worse with stains. The master bathrooms tub was not draining from day one. We called of the Vacasa to complain about all of the above and get someone out to fix the tub. We were supposed to get a call 30 minutes later for the maintenance. They never called. I called the next morning and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to re-tell the entire story. Then they found my ticket saying oh yes, it was assigned to someone. iPhone them I never got a call. They told me I would get a call in 30 minutes. They never called again. I called that evening around 4 PM. They said someone was coming that day to fix it. I informed them that it was already 4 PM and asked what time they were becoming, the lady said that day and ended the call. No one ever showed up. They never called me again. I was never offered some sort of discount or money back for the broken dishwasher which, they knew about, broken wine fridge which, they knew about, or never doing the maintenance and fixing the tub which took over a half an hour to drain after each shower. Just poor property management and service.
