Host was friendly and check in was easy. Shirt walk or ride to the lifts. Dining and shopping around the corner. On site management keeps the road salted, wven with a good amount of snowfall we had no issues getting in or out. The house is warm and inviting. Plenty of room for tour family to spread out. The hotun was an excellent way to reoax acter a long day on the slopes.

Mountain House Ski Vacation

Great townhome property. Super amenities especially the in-unit hot tub/sauna and the gourmet kitchen. Terrific location. Management company was excellent. Only negative is that there is no shuttle or bus service to the slopes that are nearby but too far to walk.

Keystone Getaway

Beautiful townhouse in a great location. Plenty of amenities and comfortable furnishings. All in all it was a great stay the only complaint we had was the high windows in the master bedroom let bright sunlight in the room once the sun comes up which makes sleeping in very difficult. We would definitely stay again despite the lack of window coverings on those windows

Thank you for staying with Summit County Mountain Retreats! We are glad that your stay, overall, was good and you loved the kitchen/living area. We can certainly have our team take a look at the garage to see if it needs to be swept out due to excessive amounts of dirt or gravel. Cheers!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was good but could've been better. We got there and house was at over 80 degrees. When I contacted the property people, I was advised house had no AC.
Response from VrboOwner on Aug 23, 2023
Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off.

Just Okay

The kitchen was well stocked. Had to walk 1.2 miles each way to the Gondola because the bus route was too far away. Crossing the highway on foot was terrible. The townhome needs a deep, deep cleaning. Spots on the carpet, dirty throw rugs, slimy hot tub.

The dry sauna did not work at all. Hot tub maintenance guy game in the door without knocking. Garage was never swept.

Amazing home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent spring break 2024 at the enclave #8. The convenience to the mountain, views off the deck while grilling our steaks. Plenty of room we’re able to host a family for dinner. It was also in Keystone. Our kids love the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It was so nice having that right inside the home. Being able to park in the garage was a big bonus. The Sonos surroundsound was a very nice touch. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The unit was beautiful, everything we wanted for a Christmas morning in close proximity to the mountains. There are several concerns and comments. 1. The hot tub room was unusable, the chlorine smell was overwhelming and filled the entire house when we tried to use it. Several occupants began coughing from the smell. 2. The lift/bump in the floor by the bar was a tripping hazard3. Articles of clothing left in the washer/dryer when we arrived. 4. Unit needs trashbags, only one found.

Westfall Family Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience. Everything far exceeded our expectations. We knew from the pictures the condo was exceptional and it truly was. Everything was first quality from the bed linens to oversized bath towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (except for groceries!). The gas range is first class. We loved the heated floors, wood burning fire place and the convenience of the garage. Most of all, we all took advantage of the private hot tub and sauna area. Great way to relax after a full day on the slopes. I have to say, the resort management staff welcomed us, stayed in constant contact and responded to our every need and request to make sure our stay in Enclave #28 was the best it could be.
