Renovating history one historic home at a time! Our 1895 farmhouse is one of the original Czechoslovakian dairies that dotted the Fayette County landscape in the late 1900's. Located only minutes from Fayetteville, Texas and the famous Round Top antique venues.
Front bedroom sleeps 3 (Qn & Daybed) Clawfoot tub w/hand held shower. Back bedroom sleeps 2 (Qn) w/walk in shower.

Great place!

Came on a rainy and cold weekend, but such a cozy spot. Loved the house and atmosphere. The kitties were a hit and we became friends fast. :-) Thank you to Natalie for being such a great host!

Nice historic house that gives you a taste of the real Texas! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Visit to downtown Fayetteville is a must. Natalie is a great host.

Well we just love this family and while Montana is not exactly "up the road" we sure hope their travels bring them back to our little slice of Texas! Just so fortunate to have had them with us during the show! The place was spotless when I arrived to get ready for our next guests...really can't say enough about our new friends!

Adorable Get Away

We loved this little find just outside downtown Fayetteville. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Natalie is an AMAZING host! We especially loved the super friendly cats that hung out with us on the back porch. We will return but next time stay longer!

Quaint Farmhouse and Pet Friendly!

We stayed in this quaint farmhouse mainly because it was pet friendly and close to Round Top where we we’re meeting family for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the country lifestyle and peace and quiet. The outside cats were very friendly (our kids and small dog got along fine with them). Our host Natalie was very nice and communicative. Check-in and check-out was super easy.

Historic Farmhouse

Stayed for the Round Top Spring show with 4 women. It was a darling place and we got good tips from our host Natalie. It’s not right in the middle of things, but quick 20 minutes drive will get you to shopping and various cute towns and restaurants in the area. We had some problem with the sliding doors staying on the track, but otherwise a super stay.

We love a five-star review! Thanks for staying with us during the show. It can be a crazy time of year. Our proximity to the show seems to work for many of our antique show guests, as it keeps you out of the congestion caused by all the traffic in Round Top specifically. Fayetteville is such a cool little town that should not be overlooked! Thank you for the heads up on the sliding barn doors! We ordered hardware from the manufacturer that should correct the issue immediately! Come back and see us soon. You guys look like girl trips are a full-body experience!

One nighter

We enjoyed our stay although it was short. The only big complaint I had is that the house is right on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Other than that, it was great!

Purchased the property in January of 2019 and began renovating immediately. Partnered with my nephew who at the time was living in Houston and was anxious to try his hand at renovating! Two year's later and 100's of hours of sanding and painting the house has been transformed! (Yes, gone is the 12 person hot tub that was originally located in the center of the house.)
