Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bath located in Fayetteville, Tx. Open kitchen/living room. Queen bed in master, two twins in bedroom 2, full size sleeper sofa in living room. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer/dryer. Completely furnished kitchen, everything you need for cooking. Large private back yard with porch, small front porch and a one car enclosed garage. Around the corner from SPJST hall/ball park and resting area for MS150, 5 blocks to Fayetteville Square, 10 miles to Warrenton and 14 miles to Round Top. There is a $25 charge per person over 2 guest

Very comfortable, clean and just the right size for our group.

We enjoyed our stay, the landlords were very easy to work with. The house was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Close to great shopping in several towns.

Another great stay in Fayetteville

We love staying with Mike and Rita. They are awesome hosts. Their home is so well situated. It is close to town and all of the festivities there as well as the lake. Can't wait until we can come again.

Lovely stay for the Round Top show

The house is about a 15 minute drive to Bar W. The hosts are a very nice couple who clearly know how to keep a home. Everything we needed was there. We had a very comfortable time.

Close to and quiet

Mike and Rita make sure you have everything you need and more. Location is close to downtown but on a quiet road as well.

Lovely stay!

This house had everything I needed! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels and soaps. The kitchen was well equipped and even had coffee pods. It was very clean and quiet. The hosts were quick to answer any questions I had and were very hospitable. It was convenient to Round Top. Great Stay!

Ladies Weekend

My friends and I enjoyed getting away for the weekend. This house was the perfect size for the 4 of us. And the location was great--close to Roundtop and La Grange, but we also enjoyed a short walk to the square in Fayetteville to eat. It was super hot the weekend we came, but the screened back porch was a lovely place to sit in the morning while it was still cool outside.

Perfect!

The property was lovely. The house is so cute and exceptionally clean. Mike and Rita thought of everything! There was a lovely gift basket waiting for us and fully furnished kitchen. We loved sitting on the screened in porch drinking coffee in the mornings. It was such a relaxing visit for both me and my bff. I definitely would stay here again.

Two bedroom house

Simple 2 bedroom house, 1.5 bath, screened porch with washer/dryer. Stayed with friends during Warrenton festival (20 minute drive). Very clean home, as described except it faces an empty lot with trailer homes in view. $25 extra charge per person over two. In addition if you are a light sleeper there are several trains nearby going through at night several times with horns blasting. Also, had to meet owner to enter the property, so make arrangements in advance if coming in at odd hours. Full bath is in the hallway, half bath is in the master.

Amazing stay

They were very understanding of our circumstances of needing to get in late and leave early. The coffee was just perfect the next morning. It was very clean and the bed was very nice which isn’t easy to find.
