Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bath located in Fayetteville, Tx. Open kitchen/living room. Queen bed in master, two twins in bedroom 2, Microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer/dryer. Completely furnished kitchen, everything you need for cooking. Large private back yard with porch, small front porch and a one car enclosed garage. Around the corner from SPJST hall/ball park and resting area for MS150, 5 blocks to Fayetteville Square, 10 miles to Warrenton and 14 miles to Round Top. There is a $25 charge per person over 2 guest
